After years of service we are very disappointed. We called them to simply do a yearly maintenance on our autoclave and we were not having any issues with it. However a few hours after the Service Tech left we found that the autoclave did not work. We immediately called them and asked them to please send some one out to fix this as soon as possible. They sent another tech the next day. The Autoclave was then fixed. Then we received the bill. Our yearly maintenance fee had more than doubled and we were being charged a very large amount to fix something that was not broken before they came in. After reaching out to understand this bill and have it explained to us just what exactly happened to our autoclave that was working fine before they came in and then would not work after they worked on it and in order to fix this it had sudden expensive issues. We were told they would look into this and call us back. We have not received a call back and they only continue to email us our bill. We will no longer be doing business with this company or recommending it to colleagues and friends.

The portable oxygen concentrator I was using came up with an error code, looked it up and saw that it said the sieve beds needed to be changed. I looked all around for this model on the internet thinking I’d be able to find the part myself and fix it. I couldn’t find it anywhere. I did however find these guys. I brought my POC in, dropped it off, and they had it back to me in no time. The pricing I felt was very fair, plus taking into consideration the cost of purchasing a new one.

I have used Legacy for several years now and have never left disappointed! They have provided me with several options on concentrators. They now have a new service for those using oxygen tanks. As I am in need of auxillary O2 supply I will be trying the service for the first time in the very near future

I've got 3 family members on O2 at home. These guys are INCREDIBLE! I take the concentrators to get serviced every year. They are affordable, knowledgeable and trustworthy! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my O2 needs!

I don't frequently review but these guys deserve it. Took a 10liter oxygen unit in for repair. They made it good as new at a very economical price and turned it around quickly. I highly recommend their services.

Great service, very knowledgeable, he made sure I was educated in the use and features of the oxygen concentrator that I had selected from the many models they had available. I would not hesitate to go there again, especially when it's time for routine maintenance or for any medical supply need.

I went here to get my Dad's oxygen concentrator fixed and was limited in terms of time. They did a quick and fantastic job, and the prices were nothing compared to buying a new one. Highly recommend this place.

I have had oxygen machines repaired here and have purchased 3 regular machines and one portable (lots of family members in need). Their service is exceptional and their prices are very reasonable. They are always helpful and they are obviously experts. I highly recommend them.

I have used Legacy Biomedical Services for 8 years now, in multiple labs around Salt Lake County. I have referred them to every Mohs office I’ve been in contact with because they are efficient, reliable and very capable of solving any cryostat issues. Because I use an Avantik QS11 model in 2 different labs, I rarely have any issues, but still appreciate their help during my required annual maintenance services. They’re a family company of father and sons and are beyond qualified and skilled in any Biomedical needs. I highly recommend them to everyone!!!!!
