I would use this place again. The prices are good, and the property is well maintained. I was a little disappointed that they never got back to me when I requested a larger unit, but otherwise the service is excellent.

Arrived 9/12/25 to collect our entire unit of furniture and boxes that had been stored in unit 201 for 4 weeks only to find everything (boxes, furniture, etc) covered in rodent feces and urine. We literally watched a mouse run out from under our TV during the move out, escaped through a small corner hole in the old concrete of the unit, and down the row directly into another unit. Later during unboxing, found a horrendously smelling dead mouse that must have scrambled into a box of garage items as well. We suspect neighbors had food present. Emailed property manager who basically said they were not responsible and would not issue a refund for the month we paid (roughly 80-100 dollars). It felt dismissive and flippant. Told us to go through insurance, which does not cover for rodent cleaning and otherwise you need itemized receipts of everything you own which who does these days. This experience was nothing short of unacceptable and traumatic. Spent an entire day and 50 dollars of bleach/supplies going through each item we owned and cleaning everything to avoid transmitting bacteria/viruses that live in rodent feces. I did not want to leave this review, but I cannot in good conscience let another person go through what we did. With this level of infestation, I would not be surprised if this company has dealt with this before or is at least somewhat aware of the problem and had not taken appropriate action to address it prior to our short lease. Please consider this before choosing to store your entire life here. Would pay a little more and chose an indoor, newer, and better cared for facility if we could do it again.

The front desk lady Mel is absolutely the best! She took care of me and all my request! I would recommend this storage unit to anyone who needs a unit!

Registering was quick and easy. No hidden fees or add-ons that I wasn't aware of. I suck at names but the lady working in the office to help me was super friendly and helpful. All in all a good experience.

The folks at Mill Creek Storage were extremely accommodating and helpful. I don’t know if this is the case, but it felt I felt like I was working with a family owned business - and not an impersonal corporation. I very highly recommend them!

I needed short-term storage for a family member's belongings. Daniel and Nate were very accommodating. Millcreek Self Storage is clean, secure, and easily accessible. Would definitely use them again.

Friendly staff. I rented a storage unit from out of state, so everything was over the phone. It was easy quick and the staff walked me through it step by step. It was an easy, great experience.
