There entire crew sits at the chevron on 3300 all morning. Not sure on the water problems at chevron but all 9 of there trucks are there every morning taking up all parking for an hour

Making us pay for the rebuild of a sewer plant...? That seems like that is their issue to pay for. I am now an owner? Where is my income check from the new plant.

I have tried repeatedly to pay my bill with the worst web site I have ever tried to use. I have wasted an hour trying to pay my bill. Why does it have to be so hard? I am not trying to take money just leave it. I was charged a late fee last month because i tried to pay it then and couldn't then forgot about it.Honestly could you make it harder?
