I have been using this UPS Store for several years for sending packages, returns, faxing and shredding. It was always a positive experience until today.I was returning two packages with a prepaid labels. I asked the young lady if she could reprint the label because it printed so small. She said no they can’t do that. When I let her know I have done it before and showed her where it was scanned she again said no they don’t do it. The other employees piped up and agreed with her. The first young lady said “she doesn’t lie” insinuating that I lied. When I said I also don’t lie , she promptly said “ you can leave now”.I never raised my voice. I was so surprised how I was treated I just left.I didn’t even get the receipt for the package.If she only said I’m sorry we have been told not to reprint labels or I’m sorry with any other excuse I could have accepted this.I have never written a negative review but how she made me feel was terrible. I feel sad I will have to use another store from now on.

Dropped a package off that needed to be overnighted for business purposes and was reassured it would arrive on time....paid for the overnight rate and the package didn't arrive until 4 days later......business deal down the drain. I get it stuff happens and nothing is guaranteed in life. Tried calling 4-5 times explaining the situation and asked for a refund and finally got through to a manager and her only response was, "nope, sorry." I guess I was lucky enough to get an apology. Plenty of other businesses that will take better care of their patrons.

If I could give the owner Josh and his workers a negative review, I would based on my experience in the store, followed by the voicemail that Josh left me AND his very UNPROFESSIONAL phone conversation.MY REVIEW...I had a huge package to return, I used their dolly to lug it in. I rolled it over to the young guy (Alex) that stood behind the counter, and after he scanned it, he told me to roll it back to the front door. I'm sorry, but should I also scan it and load it in the truck?JOSH: I checked the camera footage. He [Alex] asked for your help because there were customers lined up in the store."Me: No, Josh, there were no other customers in the store. Look at the video footage again.JOSH: "This is pretty common practice and, until now, no one has ever taken offense to it. Most folks are happy to do."ME: So.......it's common practice to have patrons do the work your staff should be doing? Hmmmm.JOSH: "I'm assuming there is possibly a medical reason for your ire at this request?" "I'll consider changing policy to hold up the lines and move your prepaid packages for you that five feet to the wall."ME: Yes, there is a medical reason. I have torn disks in my back and neck stemming from a drunk driver t-boning our vehicle, causing torn discs in my neck and my back. Does that change your response? Likely not.Teach your workers to be customer service oriented as they should be. To be kind and compassionate and helpful, NOT entitled, selfish, and self-serving. You are not teaching the younger generation simple manners.

Been treated so horribly by Annie company especially one that is to assist with other companies such as Amazon. The store on 4670 South Highland Dr. in Salt Lake City Utah has the rudest people and they all deserve to be the retrained or fired. Especially the one in this picture!!!!!

Ciara is the most disrespectful employee ever! Just walking in she had an attitude and was rolling her eyes when I asked a question about where to email my package label to. Then with an attitude she told me “she thought it should be obvious” when I told her I wanted to speak to her manager she turned her head to yell to manager that he needed to come talk to me when he was free. Clearly that wasn’t going to matter to her or him so I passed and went on with my day. What happened to customer service? Obviously these young teens need to be trained better! Super rude & disrespectful

I had a very important package that needed to be somewhere quick. They were AWESOME and went out of there way to make sure I would be able to get it there on time. There customer service is AMAZING! I won’t ship anywhere else!

Dropped off a very important small load in the morning to be delivered in state. They didn't provide a tracking number till late the following day. The tracking number they gave me for the shipment was incorrect. I called the shipping office the following morning and they told me I had to wait till 11am to speak to the manager. I left my #, called back after 11 but never got an answer of how to track my package. I paid $566.89 for the delivery, was given incorrect tracking numbers, never a return call or explanation. My company will never again utilize this shipping company. I would like to be able to give them a negative star review. It would be negative 5 stars. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy.
