Everything was clean and comfortable. The front desk person was very nice and efficient. The breakfast was great and the guys serving breakfast were very friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay here. Great central location. Easy to get in and out of and the staff were all so helpful and friendly. The free breakfast in the morning was a great way to wake up and fuel our bodies before a day of exploring. My family also enjoyed the nice big hot tub. We will definitely stay here again!

Only one person working with long ck-in lines. We were given a room at the end of a long hall on the first floor next to an exit door. After asking about the possible noise I was assured it was not noisy and not many people used this door. Lies-banging by people moving the luggage cart in and out of the door; and by people coming and going out that door or the recycling bins just across from our door (or the stairs). We were woken up numerous times. 4 ⭐️ stars for the room itself-1 star for the location of the room.

Nice clean rooms. Great service. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Lots of variety. Staff was great. Probably the best of all the Best Western hotels we have stayed.
Nearby activities: Close to all the restaurants and shops. Walking distance to all. Close driving distance to most of the top hiking and biking areas. Great little wine bar (Rooted Vine) few blocks down the street.

We've stayed here a few times and will keep returning. The facility is clean and nice. The staff is friendly. The location is awesome - especially with food options so close.

We enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable rooms, great hot tub/pool area, nice breakfast with very friendly staff, and amazing fancy coffee machine in the lobby!

Very very nice hotel. Amazing swimming pool and hot tub very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast breakfast.
Price is very high and out of our normal budget. But it was worth it for this special adventure.

This is a great hotel in a great location.Not only are Canyonlands and Arches National Parks easily reachable, there are many dining and shopping options within easy walking distance. The breakfast was good with hot food and different cereals. The staff really does a great job with breakfast, keeping the food replenished and cleaning the tables as soon as a party leaves. They have 4 Tesla superchargers in their parking area. The only downside is that, due to the hotel having a split level with stairs in one wing, it is not possible to take a luggage cart from the parking lot to the room. It is not clear how someone in a wheelchair would reach these rooms.

Don't know why..we had a blackout in moab for 4 hours...that not the hotel fault.but that's unpleasant so..4 star...
