The room was very clean! The beds were comfortable and the hot breakfast was much appreciated! We had delicious sausage, hash browns, eggs, and fruit. They also had cereal, Danish , yogurts, pancakes, toast and a variety of drinks. The staff was very friendly and we would definitely stay here again!

This is the best hotel we have ever seen in the States in a long time. The rooms are súper clean, they feel luxurious even though the price is very affordable. We came here the last year and definitely be back as soon as possible. The amenities are great! The hot tub is clean and working in winter time. But definitely the best part is breakfast, Diego is part of the kitchen crew and he is always making sure everything is hot, clean, well served and socializing with us the customers. Great experience!

Great place in the middle of town, and free breakfast is pretty good. Nice bike storage and bike maintenance room. Get the top floor if possible, it will be noisy if there are people above you. Seems like soundproofing wasn't a priority.Walkability: Fantastic walkability to town

This is a great hotel! We stopped at many hotels on our road trip throughout Colorado and Utah and this was probably our favorite. The location is great and it's easy to get to most things in Moab. The rates for a room in August were also very good and very affordable. The continental breakfast was one of the best we've had at a chain hotel and their breakfast potatoes were actually very delicious. We'd definitely stay here again when visiting Moab and it's a great hotel overall.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western in downtown Moab! Wonderful location within walking distance of many restaurants and gift shops. The breakfast was delicious and the other amenities looked great (wish we could've taken advantage of the pool, but we forgot our bathing suits!) Our room was well equipped and spacious. I would highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Moab and the local national parks!

A most impressivevproperty, unexpectedly so. The on-line rate was Very Good for Moab, but the room and amenities (pool, hot tub, and indoor/outdoor balcony Breakfast Bar!) we're outstanding. Front Desk personnel were friendly and efficient, and the Breakfast Servers were exceptional, keeping the freshly-cooked food coming despite a crush of 40 tourbux patrons who swamped the space. We changed our itinerary (stayed an extra night) because we lived this hotel, and the nearby National Parks, so much! When was the last time anybody said that about a hotel.

Absolutely loved it here. The room was very nice and clean, the hot tub and pool were open, it was awesome. The breakfast... I could go on and on about it! It was delicious. Easy check in and check out, plenty of parking, perfect location to walk to dinner (do NOT go to pasta jays it was awful) and around shops and only 8 minutes from Arches national park. The only con was that when we entered our room we saw 2 different black hairs on the coffee machine and the bathroom sink, kind of gross but compared to how much we loved it, it was nothing.

It was a great experience! I've been our vacationing for the last five days and decided to stay here after a full day of hiking in Arches. I have exclusively stayed at Best Westerns this whole trip, and this on is by far my favorite. Reservation through the app is quick and easy, and check-in when we arrived was easy as well. The property is clean and inviting. The room was perfect. We got a king suite, and it was clean and smelled fresh. The bed was great, and the view out the window was breathtaking. There is no shortage of places to eat within walking distance. When we got up, we went down to breakfast, and they have a great selection and a very friendly breakfast host that made sure everything was clean and perfect.

The hotel fit all our family needs and the location was the best in town! Our room was very clean and spacious!! The staff at the breakfast buffet remembered our names and were super personal! Our daughter had left her phone there and Candy was kind enough to send it back to us. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to all visitors!

The rooms were very nice, comfy, and clean. The service was outstanding, especially from a specific breakfast staff named, Diego. He was very sweet and welcomed us, he cleaned up spills with grace and made sure we were okay when the hot cocoa spilled. Would definitely come here again❤️

The hotel is located in town, which makes it very accessible to shopping and restaurants by walking. The rooms were clean and looked as if they had recently been updated. It was more reasonably priced than other places to stay.

I had a reservation for a stay of three days, September 6- September 9, Unfortunately I got very ill with Covid several days before my stay. I called the hotel to cancel and they said I could not cancel because AAA reserved my reservation. I called and emailed AAA because it was Labor Day weekend and the office was closed. I finally got a hold of them and they cancelled my stay, unfortunately the hotel has not refunded my $ 918.00 deposit the I already had paid. That is an awful lot of money to lose of not a fault to myself. I was too ill to be around others and to exposed others to Covid. I even sent my positive result picture to the hotel, via AAA. I am very upset about this.

Plus: perfect downtown location, every person who worked here (front desk and breakfast staff) was incredibly friendly and helpful, great laundry room, small but nice pool and tiny but serviceable gym, large rooms, really good free breakfast, nice lobby, cute terrace.Cons: thin walls and no carpets meant that we could hear next-door talking and incredibly loud footsteps from upstairs. If you’re not a heavy sleeper I’d avoid getting a room on the ground floor. The hot tub was closed for renovations whilst we were there. They only have one set of comfy chairs/fire-put on the terrace - would be better if they had more of these.Overall: a solid, friendly and comfy stay in Moab but I wouldn’t return in a hurry due to how much noise came through the ceiling/walls unfortunately.

Great stay for a couple of Florida seniors. Great location near downtown and very friendly staff. Anthony at front desk was professional and courteous. Jorge and Diego in breakfast area brought a beam of sunshine to the morning. Very engaging and on top of things. Would definitely stay here again.
