We stayed for one night and booked in advance. The hotel and room were clean, and the location is very convenient with several restaurants within walking distance. As a Diamond Select member, I expected a better room, but we were assigned a ground floor room near the lobby’s back entrance, which was noisy, and the bathroom was extremely small the smallest I’ve seen in years.
The property is well situated for sightseeing, with Arches National Park about 15 minutes away, the beautiful Potash Road about 20 minutes away, and Canyonlands National Park less than 1.5 hours from the hotel. The property itself is well maintained, and the breakfast offers a good selection of items

Great quick one night stay breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Close to gas stations as well and a bank.

UPDATE 10/2025: We still love this location. They have upgraded the rooms and they are great. Staff is still fantastic. Breakfast is still great. We loved the waterfall over the fireplace in the lobby.
When we go to Moab, this is where we always stay. Staff is very nice and the rooms are clean and beds comfortable. They have a great breakfast and a great area to go in the evening to play family games, etc. We will keep going there whenever we are staying in the area.

very bad service , we left our Cetaphil lotion and return back on same day to then but room service stole it and we did several calls I personally reach out Monique and Eliza but no one help they said they will ask their house keeping staff but very sad staff is not honest they kept stealing customers stuff. very disappointed.

We only stopped here one night on our way to Utah, but this hotel is one I would definitely come back to if I am in the area again. The staff is super nice and very accommodating. The breakfast is good and there was plenty of it! It was a full breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles fresh fruits, and a variety of other breakfast item like cereal, yogurt and pastries.

Great place to stay!! Comfy beds. Fairly quiet. Close to resteraunts and bars. They accepted our government rate..the gals at the front desk are so helpful. They go out of thier way to get what info you want.

Great stay!!, A++ Very nice motel ... very well appointed. Great location for access to Arches National Park, minutes away. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was very noice. Bedding, linens outstanding, clean and fresh. Nicely equipped fitness area by heated pool and large hot tub... all super clean and working in late October.

Solid hotel but excellent service. We checked in and Monique was there to help us. She was so friendly and kind. She told us about all the fun amenities and even helped us out when we asked for a special favor. I would stay here again just because the service from Monique was so good.

I've had a great stay at this hotel a number of times. Thanks to people like Monique, Michelle, and Elijah it has always been welcoming and friendly. I particularly appreciate the espresso machine in the lobby!

We stayed at the BW last Thursday. We had no reservation and got one of the last rooms. Michelle was so incredibly helpful and pleasant I just had to thank her again. We will definitely stay there again.
