Very nice rooms! Spacious, clean, fridge and microwave. Very nice staff, plus I LOVE wood floors in a hotel room. It just makes it feel so much cleaner. Perfect location downtown, close to Arches, and right next to a Mexican restaurant that was also great. We had a wonderful stay!

The hotel had everything we needed: spacious clean rooms, super close proximity to all restaurants/shops and reasonable pricing. We were also surprised to find out that their continental breakfast is pretty good with some healthy options, and service was amazing. We will definitely be staying here again, once we are back in Moab.

Rooms are good although streaming platforms on the tv would be nice. Hot tub and poogle outside there's a few restaurants within walking distance. Also the breakfast that they serve at the hotel is great!

This wasn't our first choice but our first choice was sold out. Can't complain. This was one of the better Best Westerns I've stayed at. And I'm glad the front staff informed us about the timed entry to Arches National Park otherwise we would have had issues the next day. Thank you!Pretty good location to restaurants although I wouldn't say the town is great for walkers.

2nd time staying here. Always please with the place. Wifi is tough but really is not a damper, as it is not a necessity. The front desk staff are always friendly, as we've arrived late and they are engaging, which is nice. Housekeeping are so sweet, and the crew working at breakfast are fantastic. The rooms are nice, they have everything you could need, especially if you're not high maintenance. Beds are comfy, and everything is just overall pleasant. Always available parking. No noise, and never disturbed here. The pool area was great. It is so clean, which is really nice. Every area is well maintained, put together, and comfortable. The pool was SO CLEAN which can be hard to attain in my past experience. It was cool during the day and warm at night. The jacuzzi was great too. Thank you, BW! We shall be back again.

This hotel has an excellent location in the heart of Moab. I really liked its common areas. The dining room and porch had a nice ambiance. The pool and hot tub were nice as well. They serve a good breakfast, with eggs and biscuits and gravy. Staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean with nice appliances.

Temps during our Jul-23 to 27 2023 were higher than usual. We got a room with a tree-shaded parking slot and it was a blessing. Excellent location, very helpful staff, good WiFi and excellent value.

Great place in downtown Moab. Rooms were clean and updated. We didn’t have a reservation and Debbie from the front desk made it possible. She was super friendly despite having a long tired day for her. I wouldn’t have reserved a room without her help. Super accommodating.Nearby activities: Pool and good restaurantsWalkability: Great location

My family and I stayed here last weekend and I CANNOT recommend this place. The location is great– right in downtown Moab. The service is fine, just what you’d expected. However, the rooms are DISGUSTING. First off, it looked as if the staff only switches the bedsheets but doesn’t clean anything else. The floors were covered in dirt and dust. Second, the bathrooms are infested with little tiny cockroaches. They were everywhere– on the towels, on the toilet paper, in the shower. When we got home, there were even little cockroaches in our bags. Lastly, there were real, big cockroaches outside of the the rooms in front of the doors. Tons of them.Overall, I wouldn’t go back to this motel ever due to the lack of cleanliness and cockroaches.

Been there for years and still a great place to stay. Very homie feel, unlike many of the sterile box motels that have gone into historic downtown Moab. Rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was great.Inside and outside seating.Rooms: Very comfortable.Nearby activities: If properly equipped with a high clearance vehicle, take the Potash Road to Canyonlands, Island in the Sky. Gorgeous way to get to know red rock country. Short paved section before it becomes a dirt roadPlenty of shear cliffs and drop-offs.Check with the Visitors Center in Moab about road condition.Walkability: One of the most centrally located motels. Walk to all sights in downtown Moab

Don't judge a book by its cover! This hotel is an older one BUT don't pass this one by.The staff is amazingly nice and willing to help. The lobby is very inviting elegant and well appointed. If you want chic and modern then this may not be your cup of tea. To me service, cleanliness and value works for me. The breakfast was beyond my expectations, many options eggs, grits, oatmeal, fresh made biscuits. Fresh fruit, juices and pastries. There's the sweetest older man that cares for the breakfast presentation with his whole heart. So nice to help people and with a smile. The location was absolutely perfect, park your car at the hotel settle in and you can walk to most places to eat, shop or sight see. What I have learned, so.etimes the perfect blend of hospitality isn't always the shiny object but worth the try! This Beat Western is worth trying when you're in Moab!Rooms: Roomy, clean and well put together with attention to details.Walkability: This hotel is close to most everything, since it's being in the center if the city. Park your car and you can walk to most things to do close by.Food & drinks: Coffee, juices water always available.Noteworthy details: The people that work there go out of their way to make you feel at home.

An enjoyable experience! The hotel was comfortable, clean and very nice- exactly what we needed! Our two small children were also comfortable and welcome in the public spaces. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the local spots and fun things to do. Debbie was especially wonderful and eager to guide us to the best places for us and our littles. Polo was a bright ray of sunshine for our mornings during breakfast. We will be coming again!Edit: my husband insists on adding here that the breakfast sausage was phenomenal.

I was pleasantly surprised with this little gem! The room was very clean, not even dust to mention! The beds and pillows were comfortable. Our room had 2 chairs to lounge in plus a desk with a chair. The place definitely had some charm. It's obvious the building may be older but it's well maintained and lots of updates. There's even an elevator for the second floor and a roof deck above the lobby. The decor is nice and relaxing. The lobby and the breakfast area were mind-blowing. The staff were exceptionally nice and professional, and offered suggestions for places to eat and things to see before we left town. It's located on Main Street and there were several places just within the block to eat and shop. This is our new go to for Moab! I wish all hotels we stayed at where just like this one.

Friendliest people, clean rooms, great breakfast! Apolonio the breakfast host made our day every morning - he was always so cheerful! And the owner Kim was super nice and accommodating each of our requests. It is also right next to the best restaurants in town and the Mill Creek. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Moab!

Had a great stay for a last minute booking. Walked up and down the strip and this location was most ideal and fairly priced. Front Desk experience with Michele was top notch as she was very friendly and accommodating. The room was way nicer than the other local options we checked out and I liked how clean it was. Easy no fuss booking and comfortable.
