Terrible service, they do not provide you with the information needed to abide by the qualifications for said loan. They will also close your account without asking or giving a heads up.

Disappointed to see that the website says hours may differ for Presidents’ Day but no actual emphasis on when the actual hours are?Have called and shown up but no one around?

Black Friday is not a Holiday and yet was closed clarifying it's an Holiday. Having to miss out on Black Friday. I couldn't assistance with anything to accommodate getting cash from their own ATM.

The ATM out front had a bit of a mishap and didn't give out the money I had withdrawn. While this would normally be a bad sign, the friendly staff at GCCU worked most of the day to find and fix the problem, and had my cash in my hands by the end of the day. Top rate customer service, and friendly emloyees!
