Went in on 12/21to pay 100.00 on a 175.00 bill, was assured that I would not be cut off before the New year.Was cut off on 12/28.Nice..Same thing happened two years ago when my daughter passed away, really needed my phone.Do you recommend switching to AT&T?At least I hope, is their customer service any more informed?Super frustrating.I hope your store is even open tomorrow 12/29, so I can try to fix this.I know I’ll need at least 1-2 hours to do so, no wonder your store has huge employee turn over.I miss Amanda and Raime

Buyer beware was scamed out of 3000.00 dollars at the ephraim store here's how it works Bridget tells you can get the phones paid for just have to pay the taxes bought 2 phones bought another phone suppose get 1000 off 3rd phone paid taxes ask bridget for receipt she says printer broken 11 months later no credit verizon Says there was no promotion russell cellular say where is your paper work I guess Bridget got bonuses on the phones she sold sales people at the ephraim store tell me I am not the only one I talked to people from moab to get resolved I also know they are aware of what bridget did she got ne for 3000 dollars verzion Say they will try to get some kind of money taken off my bill as of today I have seen no credits on my bill

The woman was absolutely rude. She refused to let me explain my situation if she is the one in charge they need to replace her immediately because being someone who has worked in customer service for 15+ years the behavior showed unexceptionable. Complete b****

I walked in and wasn’t greeted at all even though I was the only customer in the store, and I was trying to ask about trade ins and if they had anything in stock- super dismissive and told me to use the app lol oh well, maybe having a rough day or something but they were just gossiping the whole day

Worst customer service. She didn’t know anything on how to add a line to a i-watch. Said call cooperate. Also asking for a screen protector for a watch and seen one and she said we don’t carry those. Terrible.

First the store was not open and you have to call and make an appointment. Appt was 2 hours out. Then no one showed up so I left after waiting another 20 minutes passed the appointed time.

Every time I've gone in I've had to wait multiple hours and there seems to be a high level of turnover. I had to send my first phone back due to glitches and when I got my second phone the person helping me kept having to call a woman in Price and text her to have her help exchange the phones. She didn't seem to know what she was doing and actually made it so my bill was charged a lot more each month and it's taken 3 months to try and get my bill back to normal. It's been very frustrating and has been costing me a lot of money.Update: I've called the billing line twice now in the past 3 months and my bill is still being overcharged. The bill has slightly changed but it hasn't lowered to what it should be and I haven't been reimburse for the 3 months I've been over paying.

Went here to get a new phone. We had some technical difficulties, but Amanda worked through them and got everything figured out. Amanda did an amazing job to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Very professional!

I went in there yesterday and had the worst customer service and also while waiting, hearing a man from out of the country getting attitude from one of the employees because his English wasn’t the best. The employee who “helped” me out was in such a rush I didn’t even get his name and didn’t even care to help solve my problem but would rather me just send off my phone. Neither one of the employees that were working there seemed nice or helpful at all. I think I would rather make the drive to Grand Junction than to ever go back in there.

Extremely disappointed in this place. Went in to get a new phone while traveling through the area. Tammie took my old phone and verified that i qualified for the promotion, transferring everything from one phone to the other. Only to find out later not everything was transferred. I still had to put in a lot of stuff myself. Then she calls me a few days later to say that I did not have an unlimited plan and therefore did not qualify. That wasn’t true. I have been with Verizon for years and have had a unlimited plan for as long as I can remember. She called her manager and they agreed there was a glitch in the system and would enter it by hand. I also kept asking for a receipt for my old phone. She promised it would be emailed by that Thursday. Never received. Took a survey from Verizon and complained about it. Was promised again they would email me a receipt. Still nothing. If you deal with this store, make sure you have everything before you leave. Don’t trust them
