Hours reflected show for the Airport and due to flight changes the hours for the airport have changed. The airport location now closes at 5:30pm on Sunday and Thursday. Downtown location is open Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

This has been the absolute biggest nightmare in costumer service I have EVER experienced. We rented a car from this location in September of 2023 that had TWO mechanical issues in the time of our rental. The first one was a bad battery which left us stranded in a remote area of Canyonlands NP with no cell phone signal. It was getting late and the sun was setting and it was getting cold. We had to stand by the side of the road and wave at people to stop to give us a jump start. It was extremely scary.
The next day we called the branch, but the location had no more cars to give us, but they promised us if we replaced the battery that they would reimburse us.
We also had a check engine light come on while in a remote area of Utah near Zion NP and had to meet a tow truck for a swap, which ate up another day of our precious vacation and was a lower category car than what I paid for in the booking. I had to drive an economy crap box with no cruise control all the way to Las Vegas.
The manager at the Las Vegas airport where we dropped our car said there wasn't anything he could do to reimburse us, but he would happily waive the one way drop fee, which would have nearly covered the cost of the battery that we paid for. However, I was in the Uber on our way to the hotel when I received an e-mail saying that we were charged.
I have been doing this run around for nearly a whole year now with no answers. It's always, get someone on the phone, they're going to e-mail or call such-n-such, and they will get back to us. No answers. To the manager: Please do not come at me with an e-mail address to contact, we have already done that and sent our receipts from the battery. We were met with rudeness and hostility, followed by a drop off in communication. You know who I am and how to contact me, I will be waiting for you to get in touch with me and make this right.

One of few businesses I’ve encountered where a reservation is not indicative of anything actually being reserved. More like a vague hope that there will be a vehicle available in your name. Unfortunately in my case, there was not. There was also no alternative provided, just a “huh that sucks”

We had to do a vehicle swap due to mechanical issues and Hunter was our hero. He was the only the person working at this location and also seemingly the only person working at the entire tiny airport at the time so he was fielding random other issues too. Took care of us so we could easily keep enjoying our trip.

Made a reservation day of through the enterprise website, received a confirmation for a car, yet the location refused to give me one when I arrived here. Claimed that they needed to prioritize customers who booked father in advance. Buyer beware, your reservation means nothing here.

Kim was awesome! She was so helpful in providing suggestions and even gave us an upgrade which really added to our Moab experience. No one was at the desk when we arrived but we just made a call and Kim showed up and more than made up for any inconvenience. Thanks Kim!
