The guys were very helpful and friendly. They tightened a bolt in my Sector Shaft Brace that was causing a clunking noise. Jim is a very nice guy. He diagnosed the problem really quickly! Since it was an easy fix, he was honest and kind enough to get it done painlessly. I recommend that everyone stop by here if you need anything. These guys are great! 10 stars!

I wish I could give 10 stars! Several years ago while on vacation I rolled into Moab at the end of Easter Jeep Safari and found out my front axle on my Jeep was leaking from an outer seal. I was walking to an auto parts store to buy some oil. I was walking by a shop and stopped to see if they had any oil they would sell. They were only had a couple quartz in stock, so this Jim guy offers me a ride to the auto parts store. I accept. They were out of stock, so he helps me out with some of his stock. (Even though he's low). I asked if they could fix my Jeep and he says they were slammed and just to busy. Later that day I called every shop in town. Everyone was over a week out. I called him back and he did me a huge favor and said bring it in. He told me who to call to rent a Jeep for a day. We never discussed pricing, so when I went back I expected to pay a good premium for squeezing me in and being from WAY out of town. The bill was 1/3 what I anticipated! Can't beat that! Several years later I was back on vacation, for EJS again, but without a Jeep. Jim rented us a Jeep, and when the motor blew up, he went and signed for a BRAND NEW Jeep so we had something to drive! That is service that is 1000 times better than what anyone could ever expect! If you go here, you'll be taken of! I highly recommend them!

10/10 recommend!!!! we ended up getting a flat tire on saturday night at the end of our trip! everything was shut down, not opening until monday morning.. which is when we needed to be home! i called jim and with no hesitation he offered to help us! he was on a tour at the time but as soon as he got back called me and helped me out! he was so great to help us on a sunday morning so we could get back home for monday! such amazing communication, customer service and kindness!!

Jim did a super job on my Jeep coilover install and revamp of the chassis. Huge upgrade for me. He is meticulous and skillful. Kept me informed of delays in the project due to COVID supply chain problems.
