“I’m hesitant to write this great review because I don’t want anyone stealing our gem!
We have been coming to the Gonzo Inn for years, before the new ownership and after.
It’s just amazing and the staff and team are so accommodating, kind, friendly and welcoming!
The breakfast coffee shop is SO good! My kids enjoyed the fresh smoothies and the coffee so very good as well. Food is great, cute outdoor space to eat, even when it’s chilly. Although we ate inside in the couches.
The rooms are amazing, clean, and large.
Being able to travel with my kids and dogs is so special.
We will be back again and again! Thank you for another great trip.”

“Traveling from California couple and our dog ( husky/lab 75 lbs) 4 nights. Exactly as advertised. Clean king room facing the main road (beautiful view) with a kitchenette. Ask for kitchen “tools” at the desk for free. Pool heated jumped in on a 40 degree night /jacuzzi big (fits six comfortably) open late 11pm. Pet fee 20$ a night / 50$ deposit. Pet rules way less strict as long as you don’t have a yapper. They have a two small trails on the side of the property great for potty walks with the dog ( a little steep with rocks ). lions park walking distance for the pups that need a longer stretch. They don’t clean the room every Night which was fine with us, but if you need it, you just have to request by a certain time. facing the main road was a Little loud if you like the window open but also great you could Open the window after cooking or just to air out the space w/ the dog. Washer and dryer on site coins available at the front desk. 5 min drive to start of the main area of town. Biggest con would be you Have to ask for everything for the kitchen and sometimes the front desk people are busy/ Not at front Desk so you have to wait. But other than that everyone at the Front desk was very friendly! Especially the girl whose name started with a Z!”

“Hotel a bit outside downtown but quieter as a result. Rooms would not look out of place in a 4 star hotel. Good service as well. Recently built. Don’t hesitate to book!”

“Room ac was on the fritz but the ladies at the counter were ?. Able to accommodate a booking mishap and didn't hold ke accountable for an extended hour for their bike rental. Came on my bday weekend and they gave me chocolates. Definitely will stay here again. Ask for Heather”

“Hyatt Place Moab served as an excellent base before heading into Arches National Park. It delivers the consistent quality and value that travelers expect from the Hyatt Place brand, featuring modern, spacious rooms that are perfect for repacking gear. “Surrounded by the natural beauty of the area just outside of downtown Moab; two mile walk or take the free shuttle service into town. The front desk receptionist, Canyon, was so helpful in guiding us on how to schedule requested free pick up or catching the shuttle as it made the route … the hotel is stop 3. Rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Great amenities including lovely outdoor pool & hot tub. Complimentary breakfast to start the day before exploring close by Arches and Dead Horse State Park. Great stay!”

“I LOVE A Moab House! We have stayed here a few times over the years and always try to stay here when we go to Moab. The downstairs "Casa del Canyon" is great for a couple or small family. The upstairs "Casa del Sol" / renting the whole house is wonderful for friend retreats or larger family trips. The location is GREAT; you are steps away from downtown. The owner, Carol, is AMAZING; she is so kind, accommodating, and helpful! The house is always immaculate, and the backyard space is above and beyond. It is nice to come home for a day of adventure to such an oasis to grill, soak in the hot tub, and have a small fire.We love being able to bring our dogs along! We were provided dog dishes, dog beds, poop bags, and covers the additional cleaning needed once my fur babies leave with the small pet fee.”

“Typical motel. Simple but clean. A bit of road noise but I fell right to sleep. Comfortable beds. HOT shower was awesome. Broken oar across the street is awesome for dinner.”

“My boyfriend and I are on a road trip to texas, Moab was one of our stops and let me just tell you that this hotel is amazing! We stayed the second weekend of december, the price was under $100, the staff was very friendly and informative of their facilities and amenities. The pool is outdoor, heated, and open until 11. Not to mention, it’s in such a beautiful location. If i could give them 600 stars i would, definitely stay here if you’re looking for comfort at an amazing price.”

“We stayed for one night and booked in advance. The hotel and room were clean, and the location is very convenient with several restaurants within walking distance. As a Diamond Select member, I expected a better room, but we were assigned a ground floor room near the lobby’s back entrance, which was noisy, and the bathroom was extremely small the smallest I’ve seen in years.
The property is well situated for sightseeing, with Arches National Park about 15 minutes away, the beautiful Potash Road about 20 minutes away, and Canyonlands National Park less than 1.5 hours from the hotel. The property itself is well maintained, and the breakfast offers a good selection of items”

“It met my needs, if not necessarily all my wants. Clean and tidy rooms and public areas. The night light in the bathroom was a nice touch. They could upgrade the complimentary breakfast by adding oatmeal, bananas, and some other healthy food offerings, such as whole grain or multi-grain bagels.”
