Booked a scenic room. Room provided is overlooking the parking lot of check in. Website photos are not what you get! Manager was no help!
Rooms: Not scenic!! You don’t get what you pay for!

Great hotel, nice rooms. They charge a $50 deposit, then tell others in your party they have a $50 coupon to buy incidentals with. Come on Hyatt, you’re better than those sleaze ball tactics.
Nearby activities: Arches and Canyonlands NP

denied me of my ESA animal and wouldn’t even allow me to show proof of paperwork. booked a room up the street at a nicer hotel called Hoodoo Moab and had zero issues. Second time booking with this hotel and having issues.

We had a horrible experience in this hotel. Awful customer service. We booked a king room with view for 3 nights. We check in at around 11.30 at night after driving from Bryce. In the front desk they didn’t even tell us so when we check in to the room we find out it’s a 2 queen bed room which is not what we booked. So we go back to the front desk and the guy tells us all king rooms are booked and he can’t do anything since we booked through a third party which is Capital One travel portal. No manager no apologies no nothing. Next morning we go but still no manager. They finally agreed to put us in a king room with no view but we had to check out of our room by 10am and our room won’t be ready until 3pm. Manager won’t even talk to us. Next day we leave our room to go see Arches and come back to the room which wasn’t serviced. No fresh towels no fresh bedsheets. Service is so bad I had to call Capital One to get reimbursed. Needless to say this will be our last time here

We love staying here at the Hyatt when we come to Moab! It’s super clean, local to Main St. and all the attractions are within about 5 to 20mins away. They have a great buffet breakfast that’s included with your stay. They have also been so accommodating for anything we’ve needed when we have stayed. We’ve stayed 3 years in a row. :)

Friendly staff, solid AC, great location. LARGE rooms compared to normal Hyatt Places.
Very much enjoyed. Breakfast was sub-par, consider adding muffins and more that kids can eat. Also no bananas was odd.

The worst coffee I've ever had in a hotel. Alternative tea could also only be prepared with warm water.

Great hotel for both price! ️
The starry sky from the window was also beautiful.
Breakfast was included
There was so much variety that I couldn't finish it all.
I recommend it!! ️
I would like to stay again ^_^

A bit disappointing. The breakfast was less than average (scrambled eggs should not be that dry), the pool was closed 1 day out of 2, no room cleaning when we stayed for 2 days. Rooms were nice

We used to come here every year and always looked forward to staying in Moab at the Hyatt once a year. Now we won't come anymore. With 2 kids it's no fun when the pool is closed (without warning of course). The pool was shock chlorinated. Unfortunately, there were no signs (only a few chairs were moved in front of the ladders in the pool.) If other guests hadn't warned us, I would probably be in the hospital with my children with skin irritations. The employees don't care that we're sitting in the hotel room all day with two completely frustrated children. No accommodation, no discount (you have to be a Hyatt Club member to get any kind of waiver.) Instead of accommodating us in any way, the unpleasant receptionist tried to sell us our club membership. In order to be without a pool, we can also go to cheaper hotels in the future.

The location is incredible, a 5 minute drive to Arches National Park. The staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was clean and the hotel itself was too, it's a well-kept property.

Good hotel, location a little outside but ok. The breakfast has been the best on our USA round trip so far.
