They say Lori is the manager, window washing containers are always dry and you ask somebody and they basically accost you...laugh at you walking away shaking their head. I love Maver ik, just not this location in Moab

The fact that as managers they could’ve put a sign up saying” no gas” I got charged for gas on my card by one of the managers there a Native American lady while the other manager told her “ there’s no gas you know that “ after she charged my card for gas. I asked him if how I would get my money back. He said, “ it will go back to my card” now I have to make a dispute with my bank because it shows on my account it was charged. What type of managers are these people. Put up a sign let people know about the issue in your gas station like, “ there’s no gas”. I bet lots of people got charged with no warning of it either. Not professional or smart. ? worse type of management team they have there and the lady wasn’t even nice she didn’t even want to help me she ran off to a register that was closed I’m lie I need gas. ? poor customer service all I got was eye rolls with an annoyed response like you should let people know maybe you wouldn’t be getting personal complaints.

Any gas station that offers a free RV dump station and potable water deserves a 5 star review for customer service.

Large and very RV friendly. I want thank the owner and management of this Maverik for being so RV friendly. Their lot is huge to accomodate big rigs and trailers, there’s a free RV dump and water fill here. I got my diesel here for my RV and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place and will come back.

I love Maverik but this one was not clean and the mens bathroom consists of 1 toilet and 1 urinal. You would think the Moab Maverik would be top notch but it is not.
