For hotels at this price point it is very well run, clean, and convenient.

A nice new hotel that is close to Arches and to Moab. The pool is outdoor but it's heated and the hot tub is really nice too.

My Place is a great option for folks looking to not eat out every meal in Moab. We loved the kitchenette! Each room comes with a full size fridge, cook top and sink area. You have to request pots/pans, cutting board, can opener, utensils, plates, bowls, etc. at the front desk, but being able to run to City Market to pick up things for breakfast and lunch/dinner and being able to fix up a quick meal in your room was a big bonus! My Place is also pet-friendly and there a few trails right off the parking lot that were great for a morning/late night stroll with your pup. My Place was also clean, and the front desk folks were super friendly and helpful.Rooms: Rooms were clean and spacious. We loved our in-room kitchenette and full size fridge.

We stayed here one night on our road trip. It was the cheapest and nicest hotel in our whole trip over 3 states. The lady at front desk was super friendly when we checked-in. Our room was very clean with mountain view. The hotel looks new in general. Plus they have a great location, close enough to state park and national park, also plenty of good restaurants. No breakfast but there is a little “store” in the lobby, also a microwave and a stove (w/ no pot&pan) in the room. Plenty of space to park. Before checking out, we went to hot tub for half an hour and it was so nice and relaxing.Would 100% stay here again if we ever go though here or come back!!Nearby activities: Arches National Park

There is no bereavement policy to cancel the booking . If your family member dies and you can’t fulfill your booking, you still get to to pay for your room. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience! This was our first visit at this hotel in Moab, we will stay here again for sure. The room was clean, and had a nice kitchenette, clean bathroom, and swimming pool area. Coffee and water in the lobby was another huge plus!Nearby activities: Arches National Park is less than a mile from the hotel. We like staying on the north side of Moab because it’s 30 miles from exiting I-70 highway, on long driving days this works well for our family.

We decided to take a last minute trip to Moab and this place was amazing! From check in to check out the entire staff was super attentive and super friendly! The spacious rooms were extremely clean with comfy beds, and having a kitchenette with a full size fridge was perfect for when you are too tired to go out to eat after a long day with a family of four was a godsend. It has amazing views to wake up to and the hot tub was a nice touch after a long hike. Not to mention It’s the closest hotel you’ll get to Arches NP! Tanya made sure our stay was extra special. This will absolutely be our first choice when visiting Moab!

filthy unwashed dishes, terrible service, i believe the management chris? was creeping from room to room at night, not sure why, said hi, he said nothin. the am shift, lilly? was rude, short with us and was unable to form a cohesive sentence. the pool was cold the hot tub broken, the front desk was never at the desk, our in room towels were brown and the floor had cockroaches, which i was told by kris? it was normal. terrible place.

Hot tub is broken, my neighbors upstairs stomped from 9pm to 3am and again from 6am until 9:30am and when I finally was able to fall back asleep, the house keeping lady knocked on my door at 10am, even though check out is at 11 ? The furthest thing from an R&R stay.

We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was nice and pretty spacious, a little larger than an average hotel room. It’s very new, and very tidy. We were a family of four, we kept the kids bikes inside the back of our camper shell and were able to easily store our 29 inch bikes in the room. The kitchen was nice, especially with the full-size refrigerator, but be aware that it’s not stocked. You can get disposable plates, bowls, and silverware at the front desk. I don’t know about getting pots and pans, spatulas, etc from the front desk, you can call ahead and ask.Don at the front desk was an absolute gem at check-in.Our room was on the west side of the hotel, it was such a lovely surprise to have a really stunning view. Honestly, I can’t see that any other hotel in town would have such an amazing view as from this hotel. The hotel sits above the main road, on the east side. There’s a nice little hiking trail from the hotel. We were surprised to find it and only had a short while to walk on the trail while my husband loaded the car. I don’t know how long it is, you might want to ask at the front desk. There’s no morning breakfast area, but you can purchase breakfast to eat in your room for $7.50/person. We did that, and it was very nice to enjoy from our room with the gorgeous morning view. Definitely worth it if you don’t want to pack breakfast or go out for breakfast. The only thing that I didn’t like at this hotel is the chemical smell from the cleaning products. It’s so common at hotels, it gives me a headache and makes me feel crummy. We travel with a 2-room air purifier because of how it affects me & our kids, and that was able to neutralize the offgassing from the cleaning products.I really wish hotels would start using clean, green cleaning products that don’t give off volatile organic compounds, which are bad for everyone’s health. There are non-harmful products available these days that are not expensive. We don’t need the volatile organic compound odors to know that a hotel is clean, we can clearly see if it’s clean or dirty.
