I absolutely love this place. On October 10, 2024 I called because I needed a replacement gas cap and Jordan answered the phone. He gave me several choices and had them at the counter waiting for me when I got there. He even went out to my vehicle(FJ Cruiser) to see if it fit correctly. Then he asked me if there was anything else I needed. wishfully thinking, I asked him if he had any idea what was causing the phantom noise that multiple mechanics couldn't find. It's a loud metal to metal sound that is terrible. He crawled under my vehicle and immediately noticed the ARB rock rails were installed incorrectly and were hitting the body. This was installed by the dealer in 2010 as part of the FJ Crawler package. I can't remember how many licensed mechanics have looked at it and given false diagnosis. After getting home to Sedona, I removed the rock rails and made modifications. The vehicle is perfectly quiet now thanks to Jordan. I can never thank him enough. Please tell him how grateful I am.

Driving through Moab and I get a nail in my tire. I don’t remember the ladies name who worked the morning of 7/6/2024 but she let me use the tools she had in the back and when Jordan clocked in he helped me plug the hole the nail made with the tire kit that I bought. I was feeling overwhelmed and he was helpful and even educated me step by step on the process. Amazing help, amazing people. Thank you Jordan!

Most of the staff is great at this store, however every time we went in during our trip to Moab, Jordan was always rude, unhelpful, and angry. He provided terrible customer service and made me decide to take my business next door to car quest.

Extremely helpful and friendly. I needed fuel hose and hose clamps. They fitted the hose to the filter I had, cut the hose, and the hose clamps were on the counter when we got back from cutting the hose.
