Great company to deal with - no hard sell, just listened to what I wanted. I have had exceptional service since 2022. They even increased the internet download speed (5 x faster than from start of service) at no extra charge.

I've enjoy my internet service in the remote little town I live in. It hasn't given any problems. The person who came and installed it was very nice and friendly. I forgot his name but he did a great job.

I called tech support at River Canyon Wireless to help troubleshoot my system. The technician helped me locate the problem which was on my end. She was super helpful and my system is back on and running well!

Just raised monthly charge by 25% out of the blue. Expensive, but at least there are frequent breakdowns and rude people. Also they charge just for sending a paper statement. We are actively looking for a different service.

Hi , I am very sad with this provider. I been a costumer for Many years and it's always been great because I been able to pay even up to 6,3 months but today I needed to change my password and since I have a different router according to them..and is the one they their service truck.amyway they told me to call them And I did anyway as a single mother is hard to pay for everything but they charge $130 dollars for one tecnician to help me change the password. I am trutly dissapointed. I do not recommend this Internet at all I will research and change providers..thank you for all those years of service but is sad you treat your costumers this way..?

Moved into my new place and they were able to install Wi-Fi same day. I was streaming movies that evening.

Been with them for years now. I rarely run into service issues or connection issues. ❤ just wish the high end wasn't so pricey.

For almost 80% of the time, for sever months now, my speed has been around 1 - 6 mbps download, while we pay for 12 mbps download an 4 mbps upload, the upload speed is consistent, I am using an Ethernet cable, this is unacceptable.
