“My partner and I used In Town Storage to store a car and some belongings for a few weeks at the end of 2024 and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in we knew that we had come to the right place. Joyce, the owner, was warm and welcoming and let us know what she had available. Given the quality of the facilities and the professionalism of the ownership it didn't come as a surprise that were few vacancies, but we lucked out and managed to lock down their last covered parking spot and a 5' x 8' unit. Prices were more than reasonable and Joyce made the rental process a breeze. In and out in less than 10 minutes. When we returned a few weeks later to pick up our car and gather our things everything was as we left it. Can't recommend In Town Storage enough! Safe, secure, affordable. Thank you, Joyce!”

“Like at least one other reviewer, I live out of state and found myself in a bind when my vehicle broke down near Moab late the night before a long-planned group river trip. The folks at Carroll’s went above and beyond and are perhaps the kindest people that I’ve ever done business with. Because of them, the group trip was still able to happen and the vehicle is safely on its way back to its home state for repair (vehicle transport companies could learn a lot about customer service from Carroll’s).

While I hope not to have to store a broken van with them again, I certainly will use and recommend their business whenever I have the opportunity (they offer short-term vehicle parking for river trips too).

QUALITY garages. And the owner is such a nice man. Very polite. Mike is a compassionate business owner that treats everyone's situation differently. He's a good dude, and made my storage experience while in Moab OUTSTANDING. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ANYWHERE ELSE. JUST GO HERE. (not a paid ad and no longer live in Moab)”
