A very nice Inn right in downtown Moab. Many restaurants and shops are in easy walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable.

Room ac was on the fritz but the ladies at the counter were đŻ. Able to accommodate a booking mishap and didn't hold ke accountable for an extended hour for their bike rental. Came on my bday weekend and they gave me chocolates. Definitely will stay here again. Ask for Heather

I was apprehensive after reading reviews but so glad we stayed. Do you hear road noise sometimes, yes. This is not in an off highway location. The beauty is they have a room with two spaces. One side has the king bedroom and the bathroom. The other side has two queen beds. Sooooo much room! It was very easy for the wheelchair to get through. The bathroom was the perfect size and layout as well. The younger desk gal was so helpful. I asked for a second shower mat to be used outside of the shower so one of my travel friend could get their prosthetic leg on after the shower and get out easier. They even have bikes for the guest. How nice is that? The rooms were clean and perfect for our 4 night stay over the holiday! I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again for my next moab trip!

Rooms are very upscale. At breakfast ran out of waffle batter and worker did not want to refill before closing, he shut the lights off with four people in the room, said it was closed, very rude. I overheard him telling coworker he did not want to be there. I paid more for the stay for breakfast, went out to eat somewhere else.

This hotel is clean and close to many restaurants. The hotel staff is nice and the breakfast is decent.
But I wouldnât stay here again. I can hear every footstep above. It sounds like someone is constantly stomping back and forth. I donât know who needs to walk that much in a hotel room.
But the real issue is that the hotel uses motion sensor temperature controlled thermostats. When we go to bed, it thinks the room is empty and overrides whatever temperature setting we inputted.
Last night, we couldnât get it to switch from 68 which the front desk had set. We asked them to turn off their control so we could manually control it from our room. They said they did (I.e., they turned on the VIP setting), but itâs still way too cold in here.
Now, if I try to raise the temp to cycle off the ac, it turns on the heat. Thereâs no option to change the mode on the wall unit. So either the VIP setting didnât work or the sensor is causing issues or something.
This is the second night in a row with poor sleep because of the thermostat. It just shouldnât be this difficult to get the room to the (not freezing) temperature you want.

Do it! We stay here every time we visit Moab! My favorite of all the choice hotels! Rooms are always clean, staff are friendly, nice free breakfast, and close proximity to walk downtown for shopping and restaurants!

Overnight stay at Sleep Inn Moab, UT.
Staff was very welcoming. Our room was clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. It was very warm in Moab yesterday, and the room air conditioning kept us very cool. Thank you for a restful stay, Sleep Inn Moab.

The air conditioning in the room would not turn on at night despite getting up and attempting to turn it on and lower temperature 4 times, causing us not to be able to sleep because it became too hot. Would not stay again unless I can use air conditioning at night when the weather is hot. I feel this was a rip off in the middle of summer and no other place Iâve ever stayed has turned off the air at night.

Notified staff of knocking in the bathroom for 1.5 hrs 6/2/2025, even shared a video. It was clearly something with the pipes. It woke us up at 6am. Staff at the front desk said it was probably someone having sex, which clearly it wasn't.

For the price we paid it was the single worst continental breakfast we have ever seen. But the clincher that made this the worst place we have ever stayed was when my husband was attacked by a homeless person in the parking lot who was demanding that he be given a ride on the trails by my husband in the parking lot who proceeded to beg for money and he was clearly under the influence of drugs and or alcohol. After my husband left he proceeded to pass out under the bumper of our jeep and didnât respond to us setting off the car alarm. He went to the front desk to report this to the front desk who completely refused to do anything about it. After four young teens arrived and appeared to be about to harass him we set the car alarm of again for a longer time. It scared off the teens but the vagrant did not respond at all. At which point we called 911 to report him as being unresponsive under our Jeep. And the next morning we went to McDonaldâs for breakfast because breakfast sucked big time. Needless to say we will never stay there again especially since it was far to expensive for the way we were treated. Would avoid at all costs to stay away from this place.

I recieved an email thanking me for my review, and an apology for our A/C not working. BUT... I did NOT write that review. We loved this hotel, staff etc.. And had ZERO problem with our air conditioner. We would absolutely stay here again. If it shows as a negative review from me, please remove it.

This place was a nice hotel to stay in for our trip at arches and Canyonlands national Park. The breakfast, especially the waffles, tasted really good. And we had a nice stay.
The TV could've had a better connection as it was kind of buggy.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Good âbase campâ if youâre visiting Arches or Canyonlands national parks.
