The folks there hooked me up! Suggested most cost effective packaging and shipping options. By allowing me to use my own shipping account discount allowed me to afford better packaging solution. I saved money and store got a bigger sale on in house items. FEDEX/UPS doesn’t care they offer the discount - might as well use it

I have been waiting for a delivery for over a week now every day the delivery advances more and more yet the tracking says my package is hear in moab it is now friday and still no delivery so i guess not till monday i have to say i am very disapointed with U.P.S thank you for nothing herman.

This is the absolute worst place I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Sig required delivery coming today that I won't be able to sign for so I called first thing this morning to see if I could come pick it up instead and they told me to call back in 10 minutes to get with the right person for that. Been calling for 30 minutes, after the initial 10 minute wait, (38 times so far) and they haven't answered once. Keep getting sent to voicemail. If I didn't need this package I'd just say to hell with it.

Most of the public takes shipping logistics in a small, relatively remote town for granted. When I have had issues with packages I have been able to resolve relatively easy with online tools or the customer center.

The driver having lunch at Milt's yesterday was the rudest person I've ever met from UPS. He parked his truck in the entrance to Milt's Cafe, blocking it for others to get in while he sat in his truck and ate. Once brought to his attention that he was literally parked in the driveway, he said he'll move once he's done eating and told us to use another entrance, which was also blocked by construction tape. We had to jump part of the curb to get around his truck, so did another person trying to get to the restaurant. My family has worked with UPS for years, this company should have a little more class, specially this location.

Amazing to me that UPS corporate is ok with a branch performing as bad as these people perform. UPS customer service has no idea what is going on. They tell me my packages are in Price, Utah and can be picked up. That is 2 hours away. Local UPS staff can't track my packages down. I have to wait at my house for multiple days hoping not to miss a delivery. Every FEDEX experiance I have is problem free. Is UPS crashing and burning? Seems like it should.

They expect that people don’t work all day and can just sit at home and sign for a package. I called to pick up package at store cause I work all day and they said no I have to wait for them to try and deliver again

Our regular delivery driver, Pauline, is a gem, and I would give her more than five stars if I could. She makes sure each package is delivered to the correct address when it should be delivered. Her substitute driver, on the other hand, is a waste of time. I have had 5 packages that were supposed to have been delivered in the past three days. ONE made it. One contained a birthday present for an eight year old, and one contained pain medication. I had to disappoint a child and spend the weekend in pain because the sub couldn't do his job. The sender's tracking tells me the packages were on the truck to be delivered in the morning, and they were delivered back to Moab that afternoon. Did the guy even bother to LEAVE Moab?Customer service is abysmal. I have contacted them about these missing packages, and not only will they not answer their phone, they don't respond in any way.
