Wonderful place to stay! We stayed in the Obsidian and Sagebrush suite which was very large, with comfortable beds, a nice living room, and full kitchen. Such a cool historic building in the quiet town of Monroe. We enjoyed the free hot springs just down the street - Ali even provides extra towels for the springs. Loved the cool yard with fire pit, tables and chairs, etc. also enjoyed some fun mountain biking just down the road in Richfield. Would definitely stay here again!

Went to the Red Hill Hotsprings and stayed the night here. I cannot say enough good about the owner Ali and this little Inn. We stayed upstairs in the Window Suite and enjoyed the mini kitchenette. This place was a perfect spot to crash after the hotsprings. She even provides towels for those wanting to visit the hotsprings. The inn is on the exact road you need to be on and it’s only a two minute drive to the hot springs. I highly recommend this in to anyone looking for a nice weekend getaway.Nearby activities: Red Hill Hotsprings

Ali was great! We needed a room last minute and she delivered. The Inn is quaint and inviting. We loved being able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather in the Inn’s lovely yard.Ali, the proprietress, even put out s’more’s “fixings” by the fire pit in case we wanted to enjoy the fire. We had a lovely time and highly recommend The Monroe Inn!Nearby activities: We went to the Mystic Hot Springs, which was great. Took a drive up the canyon and the black rock and fall foliage was fantastic!Walkability: A very nice grocery store with a cafe is within walking distance. Super convenient.

Passing through on a road trip we found some hot springs we wanted to visit and of course the Monroe Inn came up. So pleased with our stay. We arrived and was greeted, he showed us our room and gave us directions. We ordered breakfast and it was absolutely delicious. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and our dog was welcomed as well. Will definitely be stopping back in on our next trip

Great place to stay, super close to the hot springs! The room was clean, comfortable and decorated very well. But the best part was the food! Breakfast was amazing and very reasonably priced. Not pictured is the hand pie and salad I had for dinner, literally so delicious and great sized portions. would definitely stay again if only just to eat the food.

We stayed here for 2 nights in the upstairs room and it was great! Small kitchen with just enough appliances to cook a good meal. Local coffee and amenities, including bath soak (for purchase). We ordered the farm to table breakfast, which was perfect! Everything was cooked wonderfully and tasted amazing. I also got the lavender honey latte ?. I'm picky about my coffee after being in the business for 10+ years but I'm glad to stay I was not disappointed. That latte was heaven! The beds were cozy and everything was clean. We also had access to a variety of entertainment sources (Netflix, prime, etc.) Outside the B&B they have a patio, fire pit and gazebo. It's an extremely cute place and the owners were very welcoming!

My husband and I checked into the Monroe in on April 25th about 3:30 in the afternoon. We were a little surprised when we got there that we were not staying at the actual Monroe Inn but in a house next-door. We called the owner when we arrived as the website said to do, and he gave us a key, showed us the door that we were to go to, gave a quick run down on the hot springs, told us that we should order breakfast by nine and then said to call them only if it’s an emergency because they were in a zoom meeting from 6 to 9 PM. We could text them though. Our room was up the stairs and we had a small little seating area and then the bedroom! I will say it was very clean! Outside grounds did not look like the pictures on the website, owner did say they were doing some ground work. We never saw any other guest because I think we were the only ones staying at the house next door! Never saw any staff. Left with out having breakfast, we thought you got a free breakfast but when you went on the menu it listed the pricing.

Hubby and I stayed overnight. The hostess was a complete sweetheart. Even tho we were on the main floor of the old house...we didn't hear much noise at all. Bed was big and comfortable. A French press and electric teapot was provided for coffee and/or tea.The only thing...it is not a bed and breakfast. Breakfast is extra. Some of their advertising still says they are a BnB. Also...take body wash and lotion.Enjoy your visit!

The Monroe Suite is a MUST! I almost don’t want to go back home! They were so nice to schedule us in last second during a blizzard. This suite also includes its own private laundry and the interior design is just gorgeous. They also offer locally made products, none of that generic hotel stuff. This place is truly one of a

Monroe Inn is the sweetest bnb I've stayed at in a long time. A true charmer, the rooms are clean, and comfortable with all the amenities you might need. Plenty of in-room coffee. The bedding was perfect. Fast wifi and netflix on the television. I met one of the owners and she was so awesome and accommodating. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to eat breakfast but I did have dinner and the salad and hand pies were delicious. I felt safe as a woman solo traveler and the view of the snowy mountains from my patio was a treat. Walking distance to hot springs, the gas station, and the town grocery store. Will stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights with our baby and I have never felt more comfortable staying away from home! It was comfy, it was quiet and spacious enough for the three of us. We will definitely be staying again!

I booked a room here through an online service the morning of my intended stay. Somehow the reservation went into the system for the following night. When I checked into the property, I was greeted and directed to my room. At 10:30 pm, I was thrown out of my room and innformed my reservation was for the following day. They offered no help as to locating another stay anywhere. As an older woman traveling alone, I felt my safety was disregarded completely. I had to find and purchase a second hotel room for that evening. I requested they at least give me a discount for a booking the following week, but they refused to do so. I am well traveled and have never experienced such inconsiderate behavior.

We stayed at the Monroe Inn on our way from Bryce Canyon to Moab and loved it! The hosts were wonderful! The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Plus we were within walking distance to a free mineral spring that was so pretty and relaxing. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!
