One phone call to initiate the process. They actually called back and scheduled a site visit and came the day they said they would. Allen, an extremely knowledgeable person, came and did the site visit. He was very helpful at explaining everything and let me know my options. This is my first off grid property, so I asked him a 100 questions, which he happily and thoroughly explained everything. We scheduled a day to come out and they took care of everything we discussed! Allen, along with others I spoke with on the phone, were very professional and helpful. Just call Ferrelgas, you'll be happy you did.”
