Honestly would be 5 stars but they raised rent twice in the last couple months with an email notice. I get times are tough but that goes for the tenants too. Twice in 6 month just kinda sucks especially when you’ve been there a while and never had issues.

It is a self-storage place no one there to help with problems. But you can call Nicole and she can talk you through any problem.

Great prices, very well maintained, and easy access. You get a pin for the electronic gate and I've never had any trouble reaching someone when I've needed to. The only downside is that if you store a boat there, you may need to coordinate to meet them the forklift to take it in and out depending on the size of your boat, so it's not ideal unless you plan to leave it there for the winter. I've been with them for years and never had any complaints. As for the negative reviews, the problems described seem self-imposed. The people there have always treated me very reasonably.

Not a people-person business, but price was good. When needing to empty our unit and close account I called a week before to inquire what was needed on our end or what he wanted us to do. The only response was "Just call me when it's emptied". I called the day we moved everything out and again asked what he needed or what we needed to do. Response was only asking our name and size of unit so he could make note to stop charging us. Called a couple days later asking if we'd get our pro-rated money back for the remainder of the month we didn't use ($25) and was told that since he had to sweep it out then he's keeping the entire refund. Never were we asked to sweep it. $25 is an expensive sweep job. I should get into the sweeping business. It's higher paying than my regular job. Mountain Green Storage should let their customers know what they want/expect. And should be fair in pro-rated refunds.
