Double CC Equestrian hosted a 2-phase horse show competition for young and beginner riders last weekend at the Scotsman Center. It was such a great experience and I loved the facilities. Such a joy to watch talented kids doing big things and having loads of fun.

My wife and I took a couple of hours during our Saturday morning to go to the farmers market at the Scotsman Center. We live several miles away and had no idea that the center existed even though we had driven past the Morgan airport a few times. Looking right as we passed the hangers and eventually the runway the Scotsman Center is located to the left of the airport and sits back to the West a short distance from the main road. We were surprised to see a riding arena and a large structure beyond. In the parking area sat several shade canopies with merchants selling their goods. We found parking close to the venue then walked the market. The local merchants were friendly and anxious to explain and share their goods. Over all the venue is a perfect location with diverse merchants selling everything from produce to specialty soaps and custom feeds for small chicken farmers. There were food trucks and bake sale items available along with a fun atmosphere. You can count on us returning next week to pick up where we left off. Thanks to Hailey for bringing a vision to fruition.

We went to the farmers market. Very small but they had some delicious cheese and someone selling honey. The honey was not local. Everything else was trinkets or art. They do a lot of other stuff there, but I don't know anything about that.

My 4 year old was having some big behavior issues at daycare so we started bringing him here for lessons every week as one of the things we tried to help him. First time he was terrified of the horses, now he looks forward to it almost every time, hops right on the horses and loves his instructors. He's become quite attached to Holly but loves all of the people that help/instruct him. He's very very easily distracted and likes to go off task and the staff have always been great with being patient but also firm with him to make sure he actually progresses in his knowledge and ability.

The suite we had flood from upstairs while we were there. The first night the day the security lock fell off the door we never could adjust the thermostat so that they work properly yes I did stay with you the reservation was under Elaine Laden

This boarding center is awesome. Very clean and lots of room. The staff are easy to work and communicate with. I would definitely recommend.
