had a terrible experience tonight (04/29). my partner and i went tonight to get water, nachos and a free slurpee. we went to the front to pay. the cashier who was working saw our coins and said “only quarters”. both my partner and i were confused as to why he’s saying that. we were going to count out the coins for him. our total was $7.49 and we had the money. he was being rude about how we got the nachos ready and we weren’t able to pay. he took the slurpee without returning our points. he was very verbally aggressive. we will not be returning to this location ever again. if he were nicer about it we would have apologized and just left. but because he was very rude about it, it left a sour taste in our mouth. who knows maybe we will never go to 7 eleven again.

Changed my review once I found out more about this but the customer service isn't great or bad. They don't seem to care much in general which is great for a quick trip in and out but I initially posted this due to having a 0% Heineken added to my order without permission. I didn't realize they get discounted to 0$ at the end of checkout after finding out more about this. Just in case though I'd check your receipts there in case you end up getting charged extra for one of those bottles.

They play tricks on people! Don't go here.
This is without a doubt one of the worst 711s I've ever been to. They're always coming up with something to trick you. They told me they couldn't give me a refund after I realized they were selling $12 bacon. I didn't even leave the store I said oh I'm sorry I didn't realize that was so expensive. Can you return it? They said no. You have to understand, though they played this trick that they always do on me where I thought the transaction included my gas money! That's why I did not notice how expensive the bacon was. After I realized that the gas is not included that is why I wanted the bacon refunded. As you can see below they've done this trick in other ways.
In addition on another transaction, I went to get five dollars cash back real quick. I saw the total on the screen and then it stopped working. It did not say declined. He gave me my product and showed me a receipt for three dollars. I said I saw the screen. It had my cash back on there and everything so then I had to do a second transaction ensuring that they sell another product. To get my cash back don't trust these people! There are 711s ran by people who are more trustworthy! On top of that almost every drink is $4!

I truly don't know how 7-Eleven is like the biggest convenience chain. I go to this location a lot and their pumps are always broken. Now they all say you MUST go inside a pay first before pumping. Their pumps are so old, super vandalized, barely work and there's always someone begging at the doors. Sometimes will bang on your window to beg for money.

This gas station DOES NOT care about the condition of their business. Half the outside pumps won't read cards, and you will NEVER get a printed receipt while outside, as they do not replace their paper. The area is dirty and grungy. Disappointed every single time I go there.

The cashier who worked the late-night shift last Tuesday was very nonchalant and ignorant. I frequent 7/11 and use my EBT without any issues, but this was my first time visiting this particular location. The cashier made no effort to help me get my EBT to work in the ATM, even though it should have worked based on the symbol displayed. It seems this 7/11 discriminates against EBT cardholders. A previous review about the cashier being unkind to a shopper who misplaced her EBT was written seven years ago, yet the same negative culture persists at this location. The current cashier secretly called the police on me, a woman who did not pose a threat, and who had already bought several items in the store,,merely because I was dissatisfied with his unhelpful attitude when I attempted to withdraw cash from my EBT – something I had never done before. I did not verbalize my dissatisfaction with the service here.
They want your money but show little care for the customer. Being new to EBT cash withdrawals, I was trying to learn the process, which this stereotypical and judgmental cashier did not make any easier. His actions illustrate his cultural prejudices and the discrimination they perpetuate. Discreetly involving the police in this situation highlights the negative attitudes toward women in some Latin American countries, an issue that extends to the United States. His behavior echoes the dangerous racial biases that have led to tragic incidents, such as the death of George Floyd. Ethnic minorities may want to consider patronizing another gas station. This city is deteriorating along with the church, primarily due to people making assumptions, acting on false preconceptions, and perpetuating racial stereotypes.

This is right next to my place. I frequent it. I have had a lot of good encounters here but I did have a bad one that stands out. I was let down when my ID was scanned, and he told me there was a problem with my ID (about 9 months ago). I told him there should not be any issue. Can you try again? There were people behind me, and he insisted it was me and not him and acted like I was an annoyance. As soon as I left, I called, and there was no issue with my ID. I was embarrassed for no reason, and that was not cool. Again, it was never a problem with my ID.

The store itself is great but the sidewalk in front of the entrance is very narrow, only one access in a wheelchair and very little space to safely get by the redbox, amazon lockers and so on without falling out the curb.

It is the perfect place to buy light food like a coffee, a chocolate, some sweets, a snack, they always serve very well and quickly.
