I was getting some things to snack on when a girl walked in and asked if she could stay here for a safe place for 5 minutes until the police could arrive. She was clearly beaten up by somebody and scared and crying and needed help. She asked for a safe place until the police could help her. The manager told her no and physically pushed her out the door and said that she could wait outside.

At just after 7pm on 4/29/24, my husband was checking out. He was about to enter his number for rewards when the cashier at this store entered their own number and stole his points.

If pay in cash pay attention for your pennies. They are given short change at this location. Totally keeping the pennies and not even tell you why. What wrong with those new 7-11 franchise owners??? Feb 22, 4:50 pm

Don’t know if this Indian clerk at night is racist towards Polynesians and Mexicans but he has a horrible attitude and mad dogs the customers and always makes everybody feel uncomfortable. Pick another profession if a gas station clerk makes you that angry and depressed

I’ve gone to 7/11 many times and this seems to be a good location. Always has hot food on the rack, decent customer service and has a good amount of parking spots

This store has really improved since the new owners took over. The shelves are always stocked and the staff is always friendly. So I am willing to shop at this store once again. So thank you it's nice to actually go in a store and they know who u are and are willing to help u. And u can also always get what u want and what u need on the shelves too. BEST 7-11 ON STATE STREET!!! The morning just would not be complete without a stop here. The staff is always so friendly and greets us so kindly on the way in. Simar is the GOAT, he cracks mad jokes while letting us know the best deals! They consistently have my favorite drinks stocked and the food is always hot! I love this 7-11❤️
