I was sort of hassled to return the rental once the car was completed by Caliber Collision. I was told it would be fine that I’m out of town few days and can return Monday to pickup my vehicle. Then, I get a pushy call saying it’s better to return the vehicle. I understand they don’t want insurance to charge me but that’s up to the insurance, not repair shop. It was the pushiness for me I didn’t appreciate.

Caliber in Murray is excellent! They kept me informed on the process from start to finish! They provided excellent customer service the whole time. Would recommend them to anyone looking for repairs to their vehicle!

This is the second time I have used Caliber Collision. Was the first time for the Murray location. Both experiences have been fantastic. Fast, efficient and had my vehicle done early and repair was great.

I appreciate how smoothly the process was. We were hit by another driver and went through their insurance. Caliber took care of us, gave a fair estimate, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and did excellent work. The back of our car looks like new.

This is by far the best repair location. Efficient from start to finish. Even delivered finished car to me. Friendly, informative staff. Great status reporting by frequent texts. Absolutely amazing place and the finished work as good if not better than when the car was new.

Place did a great job, can't even tell it happened. I guess while they were doing the work my windshield cracked a bit more as it had the week before and they are replacing my windshield now. Definitely go above and beyond
