Ron (bald guy) is a super happy/go lucky guy that loves to answer his customers questions and is willing to negotiate if you explain your situation. He specializes in going through his customer’s change and assessing the value. Be sure to ask about several of his specials/offers. He never shy’s away from greeting you with a smile or supporting his local community.

If I could give this coin shop a lower score, it would be negative 1000+ stars. My dad came into the store very curious and excited to look at coins. He's an avid coin enthusiast and was eager to see what Ace had. He saw a monocle eye glass and the guy working there REFUSED to sell it to him. He told my dad HE HAD TO LEARN how to use it. My dad came home upset and this disgusting vile human working at Ace made him feel insignificant, less than and incompetent. I'll tell you Ace Coins, my dad has more integrity, humility and competence than your employee that treated him that way because my dad would NEVER ever treat another human the way he was treated. By the looks of your other reviews, sadly my dad isn't the only customer who's been treated worse than poorly. Shame on you and your business.

I actually know how Ace Coins works and have seen it happen !!! ! When people take their bulk silver coins in to sell it, they always tell the customer a lower count of the actual amount you take in!!! Then even give you a lower price of what the market is selling for. They also clean so many coins that customers buy. There are many other reputable and honest coin dealers out there like Monarch Coins, All About Coins and Legacy Coins. I’d take my business there

The Owners are knowledgeable, but not very friendly.I was interested in buying some junk/constitutional silver, and I called it constitutional silver. They responded by saying "What you actually mean is junk silver, no one calls it constitutional". One google search can disprove this.I asked to buy some of said junk silver and if I could pick some out, they responded harshly and acted like it was a ridiculous request to do that, many coin shops allow you to search through the junk silver to see what you can and can't buy.The shop owners here seem pretty rude and from the other reviews it seems like this isn't an isolated incident. From my perspective they have good knowledge in coins but bad customer service skills.

They really don't even deserve1star. They are the worst people to deal with and the WORST customer service I've ever seen. They are pompous, egotistical and narcissists. They steal from everyone and lowball you on bulk silver and gold . On valuable coins they grade them at least 3 grades lower than they are. If you want honest dealers, pass them as quick as you can!!!

I came in here about a year ago knowing nothing about coins silver ect. The worked (I believe he is the owner was so kind and answered all of my questions. I came in again today and was treated with the same kindness and honesty. I once again asked a million questions and he took the time to answer all of them and actually explain things to me. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for coins, silver, gold ect.

Let me start off by saying, I have bought lot's of silver from this gentleman. I sent my brother over today to possibly do a trade, plus pay some cash for some larger silver, in exchange for some smaller silver, making it fair for all involved. The owner told him that the bars he had are not "known". and that he didn't know if he could even buy them or if anyone would even buy them if he did buy them. They are literally sold on every major silver and gold dealers websites in the world. They are a large player in the Silver game. Having being bought from APMEX who is the leader in the industry, he knows dang well they are real and worth every single bit of its weight in Silver. He "Steven" the owner, needs to stop messing around with people who are very smart, and may know more than him, if not just as much as him. Steven plays people for fools, makes you think whatever you have is not worth anything, no matter the value. My advice, DO NOT GO TO HIM for anything. The other ironic thing is he sells me second hand silver. When it comes to buying it back, he acts like it is worthless. Silver is silver and it doesn't much matter where it comes from as long as its 99.9%. He has testing equipment for these things. He should stick to paying people very little for collectors coins and stop pretending to be a silver dealer and trying to take advantage of the common folk. I will also never go back to him for anything from this day forward, and I will steer all my wealthy friends to his competition from this day forward as well. A word of advice Steven, do not bite the hand or hands the feed you!! Maybe West Valley was a better place for your shop. People out here are just a tad bit smarter, with lots more money. You have been warned people. There are many more dealers that are truly better that you should check out prior. Heck a pawn shop will treat you better!

Storeowner change the price of what I was buying when I decided to buy it and then proceeded to tell me that he didn't give me the price that he did. Wow.

Came in with my 14 year old son to teach him some lessons about investing in one of its most simplest forms, silver. When I entered, the shop owner looked almost annoyed we were there. I eventually asked him a couple questions about pricing on silver eagles and bullion; he got all condescending with me in front of my son and acted as though I was a 1st grader. I have been purchasing silver for years and my questions were basic straightforward questions for my son.He then quickly went back into his office annoyed looking. We walked around a bit while I looked up his pricing vs. others. I was actually going to buy a bit of silver still, just to make my visit worth at least something, but when I stood at the cashiers desk he completely ignored us! I was astonishing with his conduct and walked out. We then went to All about Coins, even though it was farther then I wanted to travel that day. But, I wanted to show my son good service as well as education which we got in spades visiting the other shop! Do not go to this shop! There are plenty of other places to do good business with.

Moved here recently. Tried Ace Coins for my new bullion buys, picked up a single ASE to test the place out. Nice price over spot for random year coinage. Lower than online sale prices. Shop is nicely laid out and the owner provides a selection of good numismatics and Ag bullion.Read the other reviews about this owner coming off rude. Had no issues myself. Guy seems upfront and blunt. But so am I. And I promise I'm louder. Had no trouble greeting and making a simple sale. As we shouldn't.If the guy's nice and keeps giving me decent ASEs at the right price, I'll grab that 100 Toz Englehard, nice bar.
