Tried getting help to get a wrench off a security peg and the dude with long hair almost went out of his way to not help. Avoid this place if you’re looking for help of any kind. Lock up a 18.00 wrench and leave 50-100 ones not locked up. Make it make sense.

Review has been 5 stars for years now. But had an awful experience. They are good with there normal ace helpful hardware stuff.. But DO NOT get the window/door screen replaced by them.. They claim this was bent like this before bringing it in.. It DEFINITELY fit well before.. He/she stretched it too far and then lies about messing it up.

I walk in looking for a screw to fit a tv stand base and the employee tells me “well maybe do you have a husband or brother that can help you with it” this blatant sexism and ignorance is inexcusable. Get better employees! Incredibly disappointed.
