Great customer service, able to speak with a person everytime I called. Robin was very helpful and she directed me to the right person right away. Had a call from Darren even though he was on vacation, made an effort to help me. Explained to them my situation and he was able to get me a machine the following day. They got me my insurance info and prescription and David the RT took care of me with the setup of the new machine. Got an Airsense 11. Love it and had a great sleep last night. If there were 10 stars, I would have given them!

Advanced Home Medical is the best DME company I have ever worked with.My daughter spent 14 months in the NICU and we never thought she would come home. When she did, Advanced has been there every step of the way.They are flexible with our needs and they put my daughter first. They are so helpful and efficient.We live 3 hours from their office and primary children’s hospital. One day we stopped at his office on our way home to drop off a ventilator that needed serviced. Our extra battery was dead in the vent, so he swapped us out with a charged one. This isn’t something he had to do but he really cares about his patients.I have replaced two vents and bugged him about the suction canister and Darren is so patient with me. Every time I need anything he gets back to me immediately. He and his team are always going the extra mile.I would recommend this company to anyone.10/10We love them!

I wanted to get a smaller CPAP for travel and contacted Advanced Care to find options and answers to my questions. Darren responded to very quickly to me, reviewed my information, and identified different solutions along with advantages, costs, etc. Darren is very knowledgable and was most helpful in explaining different machines, the Medicare process for equipment and supplies, etc. He took time and answered each of my questions. I purchased a smaller devise that will work great for travel. I can easily recommend Darren and Advanced Care Home Medical and Oxygen. Thanks!

Went to ask what was wrong with my CPAP. I had to tell the guy what was wrong. We were there for 45min for a replacement hose. The place is unorganized and it smells musty.

Darren and his and his staff are superstars. Everybody else had a five to six month wait to get a new machine. They really went above and beyond. I needed new CPAP equipment and an oxygen concentrator. Darren explained the options and benefits of the different machines. 10/10 I would definitely recommend to family and friends as well as continue to use Advanced Care Home Med for my supplies.

Literally the worst company. We stopped using them almost a year ago because their billing was horrendous! They always applied payments to new invoices so it constantly showed us 120+ days past due. The invoices never showed date of service description and they could never tell us what we were paying for. I paid them off a year ago and stopped using them. Suddenly get a bill for $75 120+ days past due no description. I call and can't get any info. The billing person is never available and when they are all I get is that they changed billing systems so they found some old service dates that were never invoiced but nothing to show proof we never paid them. I will never recommend this company to anyone EVER!!!

I would rate ZERO stars but it doesn't allow that. Just waiting to get another surprise bill from them that they will claim it is my insurance company delayed billing. I stopped having them ship me things that I can get online at one-third the cost. I caution all of you to be careful with their billing of your insurance and then you personally. My 1st couple of years doing business with them seemed fair but the last 2 years I cannot believe how much money I have poured into Advanced Care.

Thanks to Yelp and the excellent reviews that other customers / patients left for Darren Nord, RCP, and his staff at Advanced Care Home Medical, I was able to visit their location and readily purchase a power supply for my Respironics CPAP. My wife and I are here in Salt Lake City, far from home in California. Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable and helped me solve my dilemma. The cost was fair and equaled that on Amazon, so no, they did not take advantage of me. The bonus for me was to find out that they accepted my insurance and could supply my quarterly and semi-annual CPAP supplies. My prior vendors no longer carried some of my Amara View equipment and supplies, stating items that have worked for me are back-ordered indefinitely. With Advanced Care, my new supplier, I will get them my Dx & Rx from my pulmonologist today and continue with what has worked so well. Thanks for everything!

Rather than return a rebuttal to their reviews which are not founded in truth, I would like to say thank you to those who posted great reviews about our company. If you are looking for a company that will work with you financially, interest-free and make sure you are well trained in your equipment, please give us a call. You are always welcome to ask for me by name. Our staff is amazing and each one of them cares about getting the setup done correctly the first time. A well trained patient is a happier patient. We see better outcomes in the therapy.

My wife needed a CPAP. We had gone to another provider and had a bad experience so we decided to try Advanced Care. Nick did an excellent job of explaining our options, how everything worked, and made sure we had a machine that we were happy with. He also explained the warranty and how it worked. A very good experience and I would do business with them again. Very happy with their service.

The reviewer "Pete G" here has no idea what he is talking about. I have purchased equipment from Advanced Care MANY times and they are very professional. The owner tried to help him--personally--and he is mad??? What owner of a company tries to personally help a client anymore? I think this company is AWESOME and I feel trolling them is unfair. I think "Pete G" missed a few points on his review--that includes actually paying attention and being a reasonable human being (Not some guy who writes mean and unfounded comments--and threatens to call the cops? Who threatens to call the cops on a company owner reaching out to help?)
