I LOVE this store! I can't wait to come back. The young gal *today*, earlier this afternoon, made my shopping experience good and I felt so welcomed!! 🥰 good job girly!! To the manager, the two after her could use some more customer service training. I felt like an inconvenience being there. Yikes. Even a simple smile goes a long way. Other than that, I'm loving my new purse and wallet!

Well! I tried ALdo for first time and I had a terrible experience. I got a shoe as a gift which was supposed to be delivered. It was delivered with scratches and dusty. I complained and they resent me another one. That was okay. Then their unreliable tracking is so bad, it says delivered but it never got delivered. I needed that shoes days ago since it was a gift. Now, I am trying to track the order and ask for a refund since I had no use of the shitty product.
Their online chat is totally waste of time. The representatives are unresponsive and if you are talking on phone, if it locks they will disconnect the chat saying they didnt hear from me.
Its a very bad experience. I should have tried the brands which I always trust. Aldo shipping is unreliable, products are unreliable and customer service is terrible.
