I go here often unfortunately and the employees here are the worst of the whole mall. They constantly gossip and stare at me and my wife and other customers in a unprofessional manner and it always makes us uncomfortable how rude they are. I ordered shoes with the cashier and they did not order the size that I told them and therefore I have to go fix this problem. They also added the wrong city on the shipping address and didn’t fix it even after I corrected them. They are very rude girls and the manager should be fired yesterday, she is horrible and makes all the customers uncomfortable. This “diversity hire” is ruining their business.

Honestly the worst costumer service online and in person. First ordered a pair of shoes and got the wrong size sent to me. Called to file a return and they sent me to this location to return. When I arrived to the store they said “ it wasn’t in there system “ I had to go to City Creek to “ try “ to return it there. Ended up mailing them back instead and I re ordered and the order is late what a joke. Get it together ALDO.

I went there to pick some dress shoes for my wife, my daughter and myself, they had a sign on the door that said “Be back at 5 pm” okay so we went to other stores and would return. Returned around 5:30 and still no one was there! I mean even UPS showed up with a cart of three boxes and he shook his head and left! Very unprofessional to not return on your busy hours! "Christine The Manager" Went to return some shoes today that I wore only an hour. Christine was so rude and unprofessional would not let me get a refund. I took pictures of the shoes as I was taking pictures she said if you want to file a complaint go right ahead. So I did. I called corporate and I'm waiting for the district manager ito get in touch with me.There is so much to say about Christine and her nasty attitude. For the sake of me rambling I will leave it at this, Chritstine was very unprofessional,rude and unreasonable. She does not need to be in customer service let alone Store Manager.

I went to this store to make a return yesterday I got there like 5 minutes before they closed (which I hate being that person but I worked, that was the soonest I could get there) When I got there they were already closed!so they had closed early. Today I went back at 11 am and they were not open, and they were running a few minutes late, then waited for them to count the tills. The associate that helped me is the assistant manager, who had also seen me the night before, after she did my return I told her hey, I know you saw me last night and you guys closed a few minutes early and it was really frustrating because it could’ve saved me a trip from coming again. And all she had to say was “okay”. she said on Tuesdays they close 15 mins early for something but I didn’t see anywhere where it had said that.I’m just really frustrated and I just wanted an acknowledgment and apology that it was inconvenient. all she kept saying to me was “okay.” For her being an assistant manager she doesn’t know what great customer service is. Most stores operate by the store hours. i.e. opening on time and closing on time

They up the price by $10 at the register, saying it was miss tagged.I still purchased the shoes, but then one of the customers, walked out after me saying they upped the price of her purchase by $20 at check out.. she did not buy. This is they're gimmick. Be ware. Go else where.

I was in the store at 7:30 tonight (April 17th, 2021) and was planning on purchasing two pairs of shoes. I ran to use the restroom and when I came back it was 7:40PM. All the lights were off and the doors were closed and I could see the employees counting the till in the back of the store 20 minutes earlier than the posted closing time. I even made eye contact with the employees and they just acted like they didn't notice me. There was a family of three also standing outside the closed doors frustrated due to the eagerness of the employees closing shop early on a Saturday night. They lost out on a couple hundred dollars tonight. Had to go to Macy's instead. Won't be back.

Why does this store exist? No sizes, a tiny collection, rude employees. Close it, save money. Give discounts on amazon.

Make sure before you buy shoes that they don’t look worn at all. Bought a pair, took them home & had them tried on indoors but apparently they look worn “outdoors” so I couldn’t return them.
