Aizza and Alan helped me so much in the store! I'm short in stature and the latest styles have such high rises on the waist, so Aizza really worked hard to find me options that would both fit my needs for work need (dark without holes), but also fit me in a way that I liked. They were both super friendly and made sure I knew about any clearance options as well as any sales going on in the store. Very impressed - sometimes the people are everything! :)

I went in here on a weekend and found the perfect jeans for myself. I find it hard to find jeans that meet my standards but Roddy was there to assist me through the whole process thank you Roddy!!

Don’t have anything wrong with the products from this store, however the girl working the register was very rude. I had to return a few items and she was very annoyed because of that and basically just made me feel bad for having to return an item. Very unprofessional.

I went to this location earlier this month on 4/4/24 and had great customer service from Ella, despite it being a busy time in the store. Ella went above and beyond to help and recommend various types of jeans for me while assisting me to get the right sizes. I really liked Ella’s suggestions and felt she did a fantastic job, especially with it being very busy that night. Ella was professional, kind, and very helpful! Thank you, Ella!

The three very young girls were standing at the front of the front door and as I approached - one of them came forward and said " we close in one minute " . I said " excuse me "? And she said " we close in 1 minute ". I left . Poor customer service

Used to be the only place I bought my jeans from, but their quality is so horrible now! After a few washes my jeans are falling apart! Not only that it’s annoying that their pricing online doesn’t match their pricing in store and they won’t price match!

The staff that work at this location needs to be fired. They are awful. Extremely rude, mad that they had to stop happy hour withy their coworkers to actually do their job. Then the attitude was horrible and condescending. They lost a customer and I cancelled my credit card card this morning. ?

I don’t have a problem with the products I get here but this particular store is always SOOOO slow at doing everything. I ran in to grab some new jeans, tried them on quickly and got in line with only two people ahead of me…. One lady was taking forever to sign up for a credit card and it had been atleast 20 mins waiting in line… there were atleast 4 other people working, doing nothing really so I asked if someone could check me out real quick. They just pointed back at the registers where I was already waiting & gave me no help. Please get your people in gear
