Used to be the only place I bought my jeans from, but their quality is so horrible now! After a few washes my jeans are falling apart! Not only that it’s annoying that their pricing online doesn’t match their pricing in store and they won’t price match!

The staff that work at this location needs to be fired. They are awful. Extremely rude, mad that they had to stop happy hour withy their coworkers to actually do their job. Then the attitude was horrible and condescending. They lost a customer and I cancelled my credit card card this morning. ?

The service was phenomenal. Ella was especially helpful and made me feel so welcomed and appreciated. She went above and beyond to help and take care of me and what I needed help with.

I don’t have a problem with the products I get here but this particular store is always SOOOO slow at doing everything. I ran in to grab some new jeans, tried them on quickly and got in line with only two people ahead of me…. One lady was taking forever to sign up for a credit card and it had been atleast 20 mins waiting in line… there were atleast 4 other people working, doing nothing really so I asked if someone could check me out real quick. They just pointed back at the registers where I was already waiting & gave me no help. Please get your people in gear

On January 30th 2023, I bought 2 pairs of low-rise baggy jeans from American Eagle. They fit PERFECTLY and I was so happy to finally find a pair that did! (So I bought 2!) I wore both pairs once, washed both pairs once and this was the result. I washed them alone on a cold, delicate cycle and upon taking them out of the washer - all 3 back belt loops on one singular pair, had disconnected from the jeans, from the top. This is OBVIOUSLY manufacturer faulty on just this pair alone. But I paid $80 for these jeans (like I do with all jeans) and am so sick of them falling apart after one wash. I hope American Eagle makes this right. ?

Toxic place to work. All the managers (Jake, Courtney, Noah) lied to me. They singled me out, treated me unfairly and eventually forced me to quit since I could not change my availability.

The store was dead. Two people were "working" the floor but said they couldn't help my son find the right size of jeans because they didn't have a tape measure. ??? They pointed us to the wall of jeans and said to just try a bunch of styles and sizes. Ummm thanks, I couldn't have thought of that. I had to go and pull clothes for my son. Then as we were checking out, the girl tried to stud $350 worth of clothes in one bag. The handle was breaking as she passed us the bag so I seriously had to ask her to divide the clothes into two bags. Worst service ever.

I was gifted a pair of jeans and did not receive the receipt. The problem with the jeans was nothing except the pocket was sewn shut. Unfortunately they were unusable because of the manufacturing defect although without the receipt they wouldn't let me return the pants or even exchange them for anything. I asked if there was anything else they could do and unapologetically they told me no. The manager was rude to top it off.
