I’ve been dealing w Eddie Munoz for years. I can’t say enough great things about him. I once bought polymeric sand that was a little damaged and he personally drove to my project to deliver the proper material. I would never go anywhere else.

If you are looking for a company who is accountable do NOT go here. I don't think I've ever left a bad review and I genuinely believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt. However after more then three encounters with employees dropping the ball I feel it's necessary to leave an honest review of my poor experiences. Instead of writing out each situation I'll simplify and say the customer service is extremely lacking, employees would state they would order product on an agreed date. When that would come and go and I'd follow up they either did it later date which ultimately delayed my delivery date, or they hadn't done it at all. I returned extra materials and was told manager would need to authorize the refund. I followed up the following week and was told it was done. After waiting a week to see the refund on my account I called again. This time I was told it was still waiting for a manager. As a professional organization, customers should be able to rely on the workers and not be expected to follow up after everything to ensure workers are doing there job. Upon expressing my concern each time in an appropriate way the response was "sorry". This didn't make me feel like a valued customer or that they were taking any initiative to improve their practices for future customers. I definitely would not use this company again and would express caution to others before using this company. I gave two stars because the product was OK.

I needed to purchase rocks for my sidewalk, but the first salesperson who 'helped' me sold me far more than I needed for the space. As a result, I had to return and request a refund. When I spoke with the next sales rep and inquired about the rock size, he told me they were mostly 3 inches, which seemed perfect for my project.
However, when they attempted to deliver the rocks, they mistakenly brought the ones from my first purchase. I called to clarify, and they apologized for the miscommunication. When they finally delivered the so-called '3-inch' rocks, I was shocked that they varied greatly in size, ranging from 1.5 to 10 inches, with only a few being 3 inches.
I’ve tried to contact the sales rep to understand why I was misinformed, but I haven’t reached him. When I asked about the size, he should have explained that the rocks would vary rather than implying they would mostly be uniform at 3 inches. I’m also still waiting for the refund for the first purchase, over 10 business days.
I would not recommend delivery if you buy in bulk in this place.

I called around to a few places and American Stone was the only one who could deliver chat and flagstone on the same truck, which really helped with cost and planning. Nick was really fun and helpful to work with and made me feel confident in my purchase. The delivery man was efficient and did his best to put the rocks in the driveway even though it was nearly impossible because of big trees overhanging. I'd definitely recommend these folks!

I’ll happily change this when this problem is solved, but filling all available parking with staff vehicles is really inconsiderate to customers who have just loaded 500 pounds of stone, especially considering the weigh-load-weigh-pay model. Do you really think it’s smart to send your customers out of the lot to park 100 yards down the street when they haven’t paid?

Customer service here is above and beyond! Sarah is so knowledgeable, easy going, up front, and awesome. All the employees were helpful and nice. The stone is beautiful. Lots of options and sizes. Got in, picked all my own rocks (arranged on their concrete to ensure it would be enough) and was out within a half hour. They tolerated us and all our questions flawlessly. Thank you for making our experience so pleasant.

Great selection of stone for commercial and residential use. I show up once a year and load some in my truck to shine up my yarden, and they don't need watering. Friendly staff always on hand to help you carry the heavy stuff and advise on pricing.
