My husband and I love the food here. Especially the Waldorf salad. It’s our favorite. We were bummed to see they moved locations. Walked into have lunch at the new location with friends and didn’t stay. There’s only a couple small tables. It’s very small and stuffy in the eating area. No more fountain drinks- only bottles. Very bummed. I guess we will always have to get our food to go here now. So the two stars is for the new location.

New location is weird! It was like walking into a small clinic with a receptionist. Food was okay - broccoli and cheddar soup was suuuper bland.

We won't be using this location again! We had an important company meeting. We trusted Apple Spice to fulfill our needs for lunches. We sent in our lunch selections with names to go with the menu items chosen the day before our event. We called the morning of our meeting to confirm receipt and were told that they had it and would get it filled for us.When the meals showed up and we started to pass them out to the team, we were missing 5 meals. We went out and made a phone call to their store to let them know of the error and the person we spoke to did NOTHING to make it right. They did not offer to bring the missed meals to us, nothing! When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told that she was making deliveries and couldn't be reached (seriously, who doesn't have a cell phone with them all the time, especially a store manager?) We asked for the manager to call us ASAP. Meanwhile, the 5 who didn't have lunches had to leave the meeting and go and find something to eat which was very inconvenient and disruptive. We didn't hear from the manager until well after our meeting had ended. She gave us a credit for the missed meals, but there was no apology, no what can we do to make this right. Our Admin had to ask and told the manager that a gift card for the employees to get a free lunch would be nice, she hesitantly agreed and dropped off 5 gift cards days later. There was nothing on the gift cards to specify the amount, so we had to call to find out. The amount on the cards were $10.99 the cost of a their least expensive boxed lunch. You can't get a salad at their location for that price and some of the missed meals were salads. We order meals all the time from other catering companies and if there are issues or problems, they always want to make it right. They bring the meals they missed or messed up on without a question and then to solidify the customer service, we have been given trays for cookies, or free meals on our next order. This was never even thought of by them to try and make it right and exceed our expectations for great customer service.

We didn't hear back from the manager until we'll after our meeting had ended. They backed out the charges for the missed meals and the tip but nothing else. Our Admin said it would be nice if they would give those who didn't get a meal a gift card for a free lunch. She hesitantly agreed and brought gift cards with no amounts on them to our office 3 days later. When we called to get the amount on the cards we were told $10.99 which is the cost of the least expensive boxed lunch. You can't event get a salad for that price (which some of the missed meals were). When other caterers mess up they do everything they can to make it right. They drop and bring the missed meals and usually throw in a tray of cookies or brownies or something. We have even had some go so far as to give us discounts on our next order along with the fixes. This wasn't even a thought for this location. Very poor customer service for sure!

I am writing a review here for my dear old mother. An avid sandwich lover, she had high hopes for this place when her job offered it as lunch. Little did she know what was in store for her. SANDWICHES ARE SUPPOSED TO BE EASY! What she got was a half- assed wilted lettuce, Some gross flaky dry meat on a garbage bun sandwich. She was so bewildered at their gross sandwich that she brought one home for me. God it was horrible. It has rightfully earned our nickname "Apple Spiced Junk- tion.

I used Apple Spice to cater for 100 of my coworkers for a little celebration. The staff were all very nice and accommodating and great with communicating with me. The food was great. We went with fajitas and the chicken was great. The guac? Amazing. I will absolutely be ordering through them again.

Forgotten, but shouldn’t be. Recently drove by and decided to stop in. I forgot how great this place is. Love, love, love their bread, and yes you can buy fresh loaf of their bread to go for $3.99 They make fresh bread for their sandwiches and they serve two slices of bread with their salads. If you order the deluxe meal you get dessert!!! I’ve dropped in stayed to eat and I’ve ordered to go. The place is super clean and the employees are always nice. Food is great.

Order boxed lunches here often for work, always tasty and reliable. Also had holiday lunches catered for over 100 people, went great both times!

We had apple spice bring about 50 box lunches to the office. I was impressed with the amount of meat and the sauce for the sandwiches is delicious. Each box had chips, cookie and sliced dill pickle. The bread was fresh and yummy

Food is always great! Usually catered at work, went directly to their deli (yes, the sandwiches are that good), and their staff was polite and efficient. Great for take out. Comes in a sturdy cardboard box, would be great for an outdoor lunch.Warning: the downtown location (in the Wells Fargo building) is NOT the same thing. Not the same, drive to Murray.

If you are considering Apple Spice Junction to cater your wedding or event please read this review first. We secured apple spice to cater my daughters wedding dinner last month. She was married at 4 in the afternoon. The venue told them that they could arrive at that time to set up. They told me prior to that day they would be there at 4:30. They did not arrive to the venue until 5:40 PM. My daughters wedding dinner was to start at 5:30. In speaking to the catering manager she told me the server tried to call me at 5:10. No calls were placed to my phone, my husbands, or my daughters phone. I was actually trying to call them to see where they were but they close at 5. At this point I had over 65 people waiting for dinner! My husband was considering going down the street and ordering pizza at that point. The hostess of the venue went out to the parking lot to look for the caterers and found them at 5:40 just sitting in the parking lot. When entering the venue one of the servers dropped the tossed salad and contaminated it. No one was able to eat until the food was set up which took about 30-45 mins. At that point we started without the salad we couldn’t wait any longer. My daughters open house was to start at 7 and this was a dinner for family and friends who attended the wedding, it threw the whole day off. They were trying to change out table cloths after the dinner while guests were coming to the open house. The food was cold from the very beginning. The grandma of the bride went through the line 1st with my nieces husband and they both said their food was cold. Several other family members said the same. My husband and I ate last & our food was cold as well. Not only were they an hour and 10 minutes late the food was not what we ordered. We requested baked potatoes and they brought rice pilaf. Then proceeded to blame me for that in speaking to the catering manager. When we went to a food taste test prior to the wedding none of us cared for the rice pilaf. We never would have request that that be served at the wedding. The catering manager told me that she would be present to our event, yet she wasn’t there! When I asked why she wasn’t at our event she told me she had other things to do. My daughters wedding was on a Friday night & one of the servers from Apple Spice told me that I would get a call from the manager on Monday morning and he had been in touch with her. I tried calling several times that next week when I didn’t hear from them, but did not hear back until a week later. She was rude when we spoke and tried to make excuses for all the things that went wrong & blame me for some of the issues. She was very rude and unprofessional & was trying to intimidate me. One of the women that came to serve food was pouring the fruit infused water into the drink dispensers and In that process she spilled it all over the table cloth on the food table and all over the floor. The hostess of the venue had to clean it up. We were charged $.69 per person for the fruit infused water, which is really ridiculous because every other caterer we checked with the drink were included at no extra cost. The whole thing was bad from the very beginning! The servers who were there from Apple Spice told us that the catering manager had double booked weddings that day. And that they had prepared the other food and then began preparing our food right after that. There shouldn’t have been two weddings booked on the same day. If you’re considering them to cater a wedding or function think twice. Be sure to go to a more professional establishment that caters the food that you requested and that it is warm or hot when it’s served. The manager of our Venue was so upset that Apple Spice came so late that she called them and told them they needed to allow more time for traffic as well. I think she felt bad because she was the one that recommended them to us. Go with a more professional cater, very disappointing! Not what you want at your daughters wedding!
