Austin Tandy and Beck were absolutely the best when helping me resolve my issues. For some reason some people couldn't make calls to me. They fixed that problem in 5 minutes. I told them I was looking to upgrade my phone and they came up with a few options of how I could do this. I ended up getting 1000$ off my new phone by turning the old one in. This in return lowered my bill from over 120$ to nearly 20! They were patient and helpful, and very fadt.

This is the best ATT store I've ever visited, by far. The staff is well-informed and super friendly, they care about each customer in ways few businesses do these days, and will spend all the time needed helping you choose the best phone or equipment or service, plus learn how to use them. The manager Austin is the most competent ATT guy ever, with 10+ years of tech & security expertise, he's can solve any problem, quickly, with patience and empathy, and give wise advice about options. I rely on this store.

I visited this store for assistance in setting up a new device and connecting it with my phone. The gentleman who assisted me was Beck and he was extremely patient. I had a lot of questions and took up quite a lot of his time. He answered everything and never made me feel rushed or confused. I highly recommend asking for him if you need any help with you account or devices. Great experience.

The store was run down, the two model iPhone 16s weren’t charged so you couldn’t test the features. It was also poorly staffed for a Saturday afternoon and the employees didn’t have any customer service skills that I could see. I ended up leaving without being helped because I waited so long without being even acknowledged.
