I ordered two swimsuits from athleta that both had defects. When I took them back the manager said she was unable to help me return them because I had removed a giant tag. I had returned the first swimsuit the week prior with no issues. The manager was so unhelpful, and offered horrible customer service. She said I “shouldn’t complain” when i tried to return. Super disappointed in the management of this store.

Such great customer service! Went to Park City location and was told that pants were not returnable and it was simply because that location didn’t know how to return a product that was not the one that was ordered! huge contrast with helpful Fashion Place team - immediately knew the problem and they kept at it until they got the job done!

I will never forget my experience with Allison. What an incredible advocate for Athleta and woman. I would have never known how ethical of a company Athleta was if it weren't for her education and help. She should be hired from corporate. Her kind of care is out of this world.

Unprofessional and manager’s customer service was disappointing! Spent $1500 online and went to exchange a few items in store but due to a “glitch in their system” it wouldn’t pull it up. Asked her how else I could exchange since I needed them for an event tonight and she said “you have to repurchase these and there’s literally nothing else I can do”. Extremely frustrating that even though I understand the glitch is not her fault, she acted like I was frustrating her. When I asked her to match the price I paid, she was even more bugged. So sad but it’s left a bad taste in my mouth so I’ll take my money elsewhere. Customer service is still important, no matter how big your business is.

Great store to shop at. Great customer service! Salespeople are very helpful without being pushy. I also feel like this location has more in stock than the City Creek store. Definitely recommend!

First time into an Athleta. I was impressed. What sold me on getting some stuff here was the super friendly kind staff. They were so helpful at recommending different things and checking on other sizes. Very happy with my purchases and my experience at this store!

The woman working, named "Merna" I think, didn't believe I was an Air Force veteran and was pushing hard to avoid giving me a what... 10 percent discount? This was after showing her two ID'S. She claimed because I didn't have an ID that looked like her fathers retired ID, it wasn't valid. I feel humiliated. She wanted me to show her discharge papers, that have my social. Which, I was willing to do because of the embarrassment, but it wasn't pulling up on my phone. After fumbling around for a few minutes she said, "fine, I'll give it to you this time." This was extremely unprofessional.

I purchased a pair of the $100 Salutation leggings from athleta last month. I was hiking shortly after purchasing them and they caught on a rock and got torn. I called athleta to see if there was any possibility of a return or for advice on mending the hole. The associate told me it was no issue and if I came into the store with the receipt they could take them back because it had been less than 60 days. I drove an hour to the Murray Athleta and spoke with a different associate. She was instantly very rude and condescending. She called over another associate and scoffed while she told her my leggings “developed a hole.” The senior associate scanned the leggings and said they couldn’t accept them because they didn’t have the tag with the serial number (the one that rubs your skin if you don’t remove it). It’s fine if they can’t accept the leggings but they should have clarified that the serial tag was necessary when I called on the phone. I spent a significant amount of money on these leggings for them to tear so easily, I drove an hour because I received incorrect information, and I was treated very poorly as a customer. I’ll be shopping at Lululemon from now on.

With the trainer application being down, nobody can apply for it. The athleta in City Creek honored me just showing proof of my training schedule. I did my part of calling ahead and was told this location would honor it. I drove an hour away to be told they couldn’t at the register. The lady was not nice about it either. They definitely need to have better communication between their associates so this doesn’t happen to someone else.
