Store lied to me about my new phone line, causing me to not receive the $1000 trade in credit. They stole the sale from corporate and messed up my family plan. 1 year later with no resolution. Will never go to this location again and will likely cancel AT&T over situation.

The only thing I could complain about is that no one looked at me or acknowledged me when I entered the store... The two people that work there were very hard to pick out as they were engaged with customers but it was hard to tell because there were people sitting at tables everywhere waiting to be helped and I didn't know who to even ask for help or that there was a line ... When they did get to me it was probably an hour or an hour and 15 minutes later than when I arrived... and I had talked to people who had been waiting an hour when I walked in to ask them if they knew if anybody worked there... Once they were finally helping me they were very good at helping me but it would have been nice to know there was a line and they would help me as soon as they could or welcome to AT&t or something like that. The two gentlemen that we're working there both stayed after hours to make sure that every customer in the store before 8:00 p.m. which was closing time was actually helped and that was very nice of them. The only part I would love to have seen improved was greeting the customer when they enter the store to make it easy to find who was available to help and knowing that there are a few customers ahead of you and I will get to you as quickly as I can but there is quite a bit of a wait... Something like that.

I went in on Tuesday and Gabe was able to help me and my family out, he was really patience with us, and his customer service was amazing he answered all of our questions and helped us with everything that we needed, he also informed us about all the amazing promotions they have.

I have been without a phone for three days. My job is very similar to a first responder. I have a team of 385 people who work in Utah’s backcountry, I was recommended to get onto First Net by the AT&T team, however this was a huge mistake and so much more trouble than it was with. I ask your AT&T to put me back on a regular plan. This turned into a three day ordeal and has been one of the worst experiences with a service provider I’ve had ever felt with. I have been without service now on my phone for three days. This has been extremely difficult for my job and my entire team. I have worked with over eight AT&T employees and I have been sent back-and-forth between the AT&T store and the Apple Store and spent hours talking to AT&T employees on my wife’s phone because mine had no service. This has put my team and myself at risk and I am very upset about it. However, I finally found one person at the AT&T store the second time I went there in two days at the fashion place mall In Utah. His name is Cesar and he was the only AT&T person able to fix this problem. He literally did it in two minutes. As far as I am concerned he is the only competent person in your competent company. I will never recommend AT&T to anyone.

Why do people STAY with AT &T..at the Fashion Place Mall ???
I'll tell you why...when you have employees like Chase and Melanie to help you! I'm just like most people with a phone. Occasionally something pops up that I need help with. These 2 are there to " bail" me out. They are great! Thank You
