Ordered 2 items and the package took over 2 weeks to arrive. Open it and the item I was most looking forward to is missing after I paid almost $100 for both. Reached out to them and I find out I'm not getting the item at all because of "inventory issues". After all that the item I did receive feels and looks like super cheap material. Was really excited because some of my favorite influencers rep bohme but ended up very disappointed.

Stay away. I returned a dress. They claimed it was never returned despite having the tracking number say it was delivered. A complete nightmare.

Return policy is store credit only?! Who does that? I won't be shopping here again. Poor customer service.

I’ve never been impressed so much at a mall that I felt the need to review. The employees working at Bohme Fashion place are the most helpful and kind. We spent some time her trying to find the perfect dress for a wedding, and they went out of their way. It wasn’t just a “can I help you find anything?” Vibe. They noticed every time we needed something. They knew what would look good on my body type, and one super cute girl. I wish I would have got her name. Petite, brown hair, dimples. She Went way out of her way to find me a dress in another store. I didn’t ask she just did it. 12/10 to the employees! 10/10 to the cute clothes, and 0/10 for the return policy, that is actually pretty common now.

Weirdest return policy ever… I bought something, walked to a different store, found something I liked better, went back to return what I bought (obviously still brand new with tags/receipt/etc as I had bought it 5 Minutes before) and was told I could only get store credit. Really? I will NEVER shop here again and I will stop everyone I know from shopping here. Bad business model.

I have been shopping at Bohme for many years. I was surprised to learn the return policy has changed to exchange or in store credit only. Someone who was a regular shopper would not think to check the return policy as it has always been 30 days. Now I’m stuck with a few hundred dollars worth of store credit. I will shopping elsewhere with a better return policy once the credit is used. Seems unfair and shady. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT shop here.

I have been a loyal customer of Bohme for years. I had no idea that their return policy had changed to store credit or gift card ONLY. They always accepted returns to the original form of payment. They also used to offer the option of credit with a small percentage added on if you bought something on their website with your return. They just lost a loyal customer since I will not buy things from them in the future due to this return policy. I hope they get a lot of complaints and go back to their old policy.

I love bohme clothing and the design of the store but their return policy is so difficult that I don't think I will buy anything from them again. It's different from online and in store which is confusing and then they just changed it again. I bought a pair of shorts and a dress and I got home the security tag was on the shorts so I had to go back in and I returned the dress three days later and they said I could get store credit and that it would be final sale. It's so strict and so crowded in there, there is no where to stand in line with the jewelry and fitting rooms all right by each other. Then they had a sign for all denim buy one get one free but it was only for one table and not for shorts so its just deceiving and difficult. Not a great experience.

Okay Böhme has cute clothes but they are way overpriced and you’d think, an overpriced boutique would have good customer service right? No. They have the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. What clothing company doesn’t do returns?? I placed two orders online and to get free shipping (I only wanted one thing) I added a shirt to the order thinking I could just return it and no it didn’t say final sale! I didn’t even open the bag let alone touch the shirt and they wouldn’t do the return back on my card. I could only get in store credit but I’m not about to give you any more of my money! So now I have to resell it and try and get close to what I paid for it. Never shopping at böhme again.

I have been purchasing clothing from Bohme for the past several months. For the most part, I have been satisfied. I have returned a few items do to poor sizing and at that time, returns were free and you were issued a credit to your original form of payment. Unbeknownst to me they have changed their policy and only issue a merchandise credit for your return. The problem is this does not allow me to use these funds to purchase elsewhere. I don't think this policy is fair. There are not giving me interest on my money they are holding. As of this review I will no longer be purchasing from Bohme. Thankfully my credit is only for $68 and not hundreds. As you know buying online is always a risk since one is unable to try on the clothing. Why should the customer be penalized if the product is not correctly sized or product not appear as shown.

For online refunds, they recently changed to just gift card refund-- no cash or credit card refund. I proceeded to try to return a blouse and it's marked as ineligible. When I look at the blouse online for purchase, it's not labeled as final sale. Why can't I return something within 30 days with tags and everything if it's not final sale? This is inaccurate information. I hope this is some mistake because had I known it was a final sale, I wouldn't have bought it! Waiting for my call to be returned to hopefully resolve it. More work than I wanted to deal with.

Bohme's Customer Service is NONEXISTENT. For a month, I've emailed them several times, tried to use the contact us messenger on their website, and called them during business hours countless times--no answer and a full voicemail box...This is completely unacceptable. The only reason I'm trying to contact them is I ordered a skirt, dress and 2 shirts, they refunded me for the skirt saying they ran out of stock due to vendor issues BUT when I finally received my package 3 weeks after ordering the skirt was there! The dress (which was higher priced) was missing. The skirt is also incredibly big so I'd like to return it but I can't because according to their website to "start a return" they've already returned the skirt for a refund. I have received some beautiful clothes from this company in the past but unfortunately this isn't the first bad experience I've had with them. They need to spend money on a customer service representative instead of instagram influencer marketing. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well.
