Kami at this bath and body works store provided me with rude , passive aggressive customer service including rolling her eyes and glaring at me when I asked if she could look up an item I purchased with my debit card a few days ago. I've noticed that employees in this store are quick to say they don't know how to do something when other stores are able to look up item, look uo phone number etc. Due to lack of training? After I mentioned that other stores are able to look up an item by a phone number , she hesitantly did so and what do you know it worked.

I love Bath and Body Works but the cashier at the Murray fashion place mall was very rude she was rushing me to leave. I didn't catch her name but she has dark hair and her cashier number is 3888242

I don't understand how she can be in customer service when she behaves like she doesn't want to make customers to feel welcome.
I'm not sure if I'll go back to this location.
