The staff is a bit challenging. The staff is the same driver who drives the tow truck. That is, he kicks the corner and heads the ball. They say they are open from 8 am to 5 pm but you still need to call him an hour before because he is out looking to tow more cars. They make a lot of money for each car that spends the night there and you can't have a person working to serve the customers. I see a greedy person and after that a very bad face and attitude because he hasn't slept well at night. What can I do? It's not my fault or maybe it is because with my badly parked car I forced him to work and I paid $385 for one night but he is upset. And if you call him before 8 am or after 5 pm he will do the same but he says that for having to stop working he will charge you $75 extra feet haha this guy us funny

Worst Towing company that could ever exsist. They tell you one thing and when you show up its another. Showed up at 4:20, called and said they needed atleast 45 min in advanced “because they were closed” when their hours show that they close at 5pm. If you’re not going to be at the location atleast let your people or clients know to make appointments. These people just want more and more money so they allow you to fall for their games and say that they’re closed even before hours. Don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely a terrible company! One of our trailers got towed and we text them Bright and early to pick it up went to retrieve our trailer and Rommie is his name who by the way is an ex-con out of prison doesn’t know the first thing about manners or respect, and has the audacity to tell us that he cannot get a car to us within the timeframe of an hour which is illegal in case you were wondering! This Ex Con is extremely rude and it’s a very good thing they sent another rep from another spot to get our trailer out or we were about to have big problems! Rommie thinks he’s a tough guy, really he’s an arrogant prison inmate and Carrie’s that attitude! Never, ever come here!! Or if you do, call the cops first! He’s dangerous!

They are a predatory tow company. They even argued with my HOA that they were in the right. I’m not sure how these guys sleep at night when they charge significantly more than they should and do everything they can to make an interaction with them an uncomfortable experience. Make sure you confirm which location your vehicle is at before you drive there. When I asked for information about how to get my car back they didn’t mention where it was stored and it was a good thing I asked or I would have been going an hour away from where it was. $300 for a tow 2 miles is excessive.

I just had my car towed about 10 miles from the freeway. I didn’t give good directions to get there so it took a while. No fault to them. However, the parking break was on and the back tires were on the ground. Now I will have to replace not just my flat tire but the break pads/system now and was charged $150

I got a flat on the freeway and Josh from Beehive gave me a quick reasonable quote and came and towed me in 15 minutes. He was fast, professional, and helpful. If I ever break down again. I know who to call.Service: Car towing

They are very accommodating to schedule a pick up, regardless of the time of day. Their prices are very good, even with the ridiculous gas prices these days. The gentleman that picked up my car was great and took care in ensuring it was properly towed.

They are highly unethical and I would not recommend using them to anytime. You have been warned. Within a privately gated community with no parking concerns, they towed our neighbor’s autistic daughter after the police were called and immediately dropping another vehicle.Service: Car towing
