I seriously hate shopping this place everything smaller than a Volkswagen bug is locked up glass cabinets, The layout is a complete cluster and you can’t find anything, the prices are almost always full MSRP unless you’re there on a certain Friday in November. And why is everything in the store blue, blue walls blue uniforms, blue signs.

Despise how many times I’ve submitted corrections with Best Buy’s misleading “temporarily closed” label on Google - my corrections has been denied several times. This place is literally closed down PERMANENTLY… so I’m attaching a photo of the store because either Google or Best Buy wants to live in fantasy world to believe that Best Buy’s business is coming back. They’re not. Best Buy closed down many stores this year and will close many more next year.

The store was expansive (it’s gone now forced eviction for redevelopment). Once a cool place if you like to see and demo the latest electronics. The store could use some air freshener and padding to the flooring. Miss when they sold music in store. Thankfully their neighbor Barnes and Noble does. This Best buy’s employees are consistently rude and unhelpful. Sure isn’t like used to be. Their employees always had smiling faces and used to ask you if you needed anything every couple of minutes. Now if you need help you have to go looking for them and then they act like you’re a inconvenience asking them to do their job. Because of that and their new awful two week returns. Usually go here to look and then buy from their website or elsewhere. So it’s look but Best buy… elsewhere.

A few years ago I bought what was supposed to be a new Sony Bravia OLED screen - but was it? A day or so after purchase, I noticed that the out-of-box / on-the-wall display had been removed. Things seemed ok with it when it was delivered to my home. But soon after, my screen had a stuck pixel. Also, I kind of wanted to see the dynamic visuals that were built-in via the "retail mode" demo reel you'd see when the retailer has it out on the floor for prospective customers. Was instantly suspicious of previous use when I went through the TV's menu and saw that it had been *deleted*. So I've viewed this store with a bit of distrust since. Aside from that, you would rarely find employees available to help. And now they're gone - good riddance.
