This review is for corporate boost not necessarily a store however the stores are right along with it now, I pay for my account and my husband's account I'm not going to pay $4 so that I can pay my bill that's absolutely crazy yet they will not let me pay my bill unless I pay it. That is terrible terrible customer service and it's theft as far as I'm concerned I think that they need to get a grip and stop it! I am not going to pay $4 so I can pay my phone bill and I have just had it with that so boost needs to just knock it off!! I'm sure they have plenty of money they don't need my lousy $4 that comes from my disability check!!

Ticked away, next to Subway, enter from the North side only.
Very friendly, helpful, kind staff.
Stopped and got assistance numerous times with technical issues. i.e. Pin, roaming, messages, etc.
Always patient, helpful & with a smile.

This store is great, I went here after trying a different one, and Sofia fixed my problem quickly. She was really helpful and sweet. I'm so happy I found this location, I'm definitely coming back ☺️

I've been searching for a new carrier for a month. For the most part, I found that the pros and cons balance out, so what made the difference in my choice was the personnel. Lucindia was professional, personable and guided me to the perfect plan and perfect phone for my needs. Everybody wants a deal, and I felt that I got one, however it was because of the confidence instilled by a great Boost Representative. I'll be referring my friends & family.

This location is very persistent in bad service. I went there and the lady who was there while I was doing my work paid attention to the workers who came and spoke Spanish and did not pay attention to my work at all. They do not know how to work in America

I spent 2 hours here, after spending over 4 hours on the phone with customer service, who after calling 4 times and spending hours waiting for a manager, I was told I'd have to go to the store, that they couldn't help me online, or over the phone.Though while online I was given a number to call for further assistance, I finally decided to drive the 106 miles to a Boost Mobile store, after being assured they could help me change my plan, at that store. Yet 2 hours later after the representative at the store, also called customer care for assistance, I still was not able to change my plan. And as of today a week later, they still have not been able to resolve my issue.
