We bought a dishwasher for our business and it broke within a year. The warranty repair man who came to fix it was extremely unprofessional and rude. He told my pregnant wife he would not pull the dishwasher out to repair it and that she had to do it her self. Then when he was done he left it in the middle of the kitchen. DO NOT BUY BOSCH!!

Visited this store for the first time recently and was greeted by two very helpful ladies. They helped me pick and choose the products I needed and were not pushy at all. I very much appreciated their level of customer service. Hopefully my interactions in the future will be just as positive.

Love this place. If you’re a prepper or wanting to get into canning or baking on a deeper level, you got a check these guys out. Equipment they offer is way better than your standard appliance store. They also have good prices on bulk foods such as grains.

I bought everything over the phone over $500 worth of goodies! Fast shipping and prompt customer service. I've spoken to almost everyone on the phone including the owner John. Such lovely people to deal with and knowledgeable individuals. I live in Florida and was hesitant to buy since I couldn't see in person but let me assure you, they are the real deal and awesome to work with.
