I bought the new lord of the rings hoodie online it ended up being the wrong size I called the store they where very kind and set the correct size aside for me to exchange very grateful because it was the last one. unfortunately had to pay the difference on my online discount so was out 20$ but happy to be in my new hoodie.

Cashier on 8/8 evening was awful. Horrible experience. My 12 yo daughter and her cousin went in for a sweater. The cashier harassed them about getting email updates (mind you they’re both 12) then pretty much called them dumb when they didn’t know what he was talking about. Don’t work at a store kids are going to go into then treat them like that. If you can go to a different location, definitely do so!

This store always has a sense of whimsy to it. Staff was very helpful. Had one gal help me rummage through the Funko pop all to help me find a few characters that were hard to find since they're more recent releases (Thank you, Dolyn!), and she helped price match some online sales when I pulled them up on my phone from their website. Definitely recommend checking this place out for a plethora of fandom merch needs.

The staff here have been so helpful and friendly! Karen and Diana are rock stars! I had a complicated issue and Diana was so patient and kind while she helped sort it out.

When I walked in, there was already an amazing atmosphere to the place, and everything there was organized amazingly. There was a huge amount of Funko Pops on the back wall, and all of the merchandise was great. The selection of items was fantastic. But the biggest standout was the worker behind the counter, Nate. He was so kind to me, and he gave off such amazing vibes. He was patient, and overall just an incredible guy. Will definitely come again.

Spectacular bad service by your manager with a mustache. I asked the price on an item bc I saw it cheaper online. He took the item grab the tag and put it on my face as if I was blind. I walked away, as I was doing so he asked if I was buying something, I said no and he started laughing out loud.

Mikayla is the sweetest, she was so helpful and incredibly cheerful while helping answer my questions over the phone. Definently a wonderful girl to talk with. If you ever go here ask for Mikayla she goes above and beyond to be helpful with anything you need!
