Went shopping on Father’s Day and everyone was so helpful. So inviting in and out of the store. Store was busy but we were helped immediately and we bought some green Birkenstock sandals.

Chaya is amazing! My husband needed new shorts and she pulled a bunch in his size and was back and forth multiple time's. My husband hates trying on clothes, he gets frustrated and usually ends up leaving but because of her excellent customer service, we left with 3 pairs 🙌🏼 thanks, Chaya!

Entered the store looking for a good pair of jeans. I met Lou, he listened to what I was looking for and what I liked. Picked multiple options for me to try based off his great listening skills and got me into a fitting room. This person made me feel valued and gave me the experience of being a vip. I found the perfect pair but was still searching for one more pair. He went above and beyond to help me find that final pair, as I was trying on more options he brought another pair he had found. Turns out they were it! I almost left with just one. He sold me on the second pair because he asked me what i did and did not like about all the pants I was trying on to narrow down what I was really looking for. He was kind, professional but also knew how to make someone feel confident in a very polite and polished manner. After the transaction of sale. He shook my hand and thanked me for allowing him to assist me. The level of service was impressive! Go Lou! (What a boss)!

I get super overwhelmed shopping for clothes... and talking with employees gives me anxiety. However, I thought Claire was super kind and helpful. Also way more knowledgeable about all the denim than I would have imagined. At some point I will be back 😂

Place was a mad house and customer service was awful, but they had the perfume I was hoping to find as a gift to my daughter so that’s the two star review. I don’t expect much from a store that employs teenagers and adults that still desire to be teenagers but learn to treat the older generation customers with some respect. We come in wanting to purchase items for our kids. We pay your wages so we don’t need to be hip.

From the moment we walked in, he was attentive, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to understand our style preferences. It was incredible how effortlessly he read our fashion needs and introduced us to pieces that not only matched but elevated our style. Jack has an amazing eye for detail and an intuition that made the whole shopping experience seamless and fun. Honestly I’ve met some of the staff and the blonde supervisor that helped me was so cool. I was shopping for my wife and she was very helpful. Cool staff. Will come again.

The staff from Sunday morning need to be trained. Took a couple of shirts to exchange and a pair of jeans to be hem and they could not help me out . Wasted 30 minutes and no help at all. DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION

They were so positive and helpful. From finding a style of Jean's both me and my mother liked to the cut and fit of them.
Highly recommend Buckle for all types of women looking for Jean's from tall and skinny to wide hipped women. Of all ages and sizes.
