They are the best. The battery went bad in my daughters bear. He recently passed away. The staff was so understanding, they re-recorded the original message to a new one and replaced the old one. His legacy lives on!!!! Can't thank them enough. You are awesome!!!!

They fixed Jordon just like they said they would. The doctor was a professional and made our kids feel at ease while ripping and sewing on their buddies voice box back in. The next day we hey had a one year birthday party for both Petee and Jordan.
