Poor costumer service! Have banked with them for over 20 years has changed hands etc. Service has dropped dramatically especially at the Murray area. I will be moving my records and my kids. Go were you are treated well.

Talk about taken advantage of the elderly the female whom was supposed to be understanding of elderly not understanding how some technical things work instead she steels his rewards 150,000 points in exchange for 1,000 of his card now he is upset sad and probably closing his accounts with chartway she should be fired hopefully the bank manager will take action and fix everything fire her return his rewards first thing Friday morning

I am a Chartway customer for one year now, so keep in mind this is a very sincere review about them. Chartway is the best! Amazing APR, great customer service and convenient locations. This specific branch is my favorite. Christian and Francisco are fantastic! In one year they were always there to help me with whatever I need. I would like to thank both Christian and Francisco for going far and beyond when it comes to its customers satisfaction. I highly recommend Chartway to all of my friends. This branch team rocks.

Lady who help me very rude! No manners and at the end she threw me the recipe! The bank wasn’t busy only one more client after me and there were two workers in there! Even if the bank were busy she needs better manners with the clients! I only went to pay a loan Give her my account and that was it! I didn’t even talked, it feel really weird that experience.

I definitely recommend Chartway! Those guys are amazing and I never felt so welcome in a financial institution in my whole life. Specially Christian, who attended me, he was very nice and supportive.After being rejected from some other Banks/Credit Union, they refinanced my car for an interest rate of 2.59%, much lower than I was expecting. The last place that I went before go to Chartway was Jordan CU, they offered a high interest rate of 15% and they didn’t look so interested in work with me.Now I’m very committed in develop a good relationship with them, and build a long term partnership!Don’t think twice, go to Chartway!

Require you to play 20 questions every time you call them just to talk to someone about your account. They play with debit transactions holding them and stacking them the perfect way to charge the most amount of fees possible This is a huge credit card company that bought up .some small banks and credit unions, mine included and is out of state and horrible to deal with.

This place until now has been amazing. During the pandemic, keeping my business open has been a nightmare. Today I deposited a decent sized check which was a total relief. I finally was able to complete a decent job and needed to get money in the bank so I can purchase what I need for upcoming jobs. Things have turned around and I finally have work to do. I’ve deposited probably a hundred similar checks in the last few years but today is the first time they wanted to put A SEVEN DAY HOLD on the funds. Thank you for adding another obstacle to an already unbearable time. Thanks for settling for a two day hold when I complained but my loyalty to you ended today and I will be going somewhere else soon.

I wasn’t originally with Chartway Federal Credit Union, I joined TFCU before it was bought by Heritage West and then Chartway. I have stayed through all of the changes with hopes of the same service and dedication. But, after being a member for over a decade, I no longer trust my hard earned money to this institution. A recent event has shown their professionalism and lead me to start looking into other financial institutions. To explain the situation; I had fraudulent charges placed on my debit card. As if that isn’t a nightmare enough, it only got worse as I went through their processes to rectify the situation. I spent a few hours of my time on hold (ASA must be tremendous) when calling their customer service, I was transferred from person to person because a “specialist” needed to speak with me. They lost my forms at the branch, they finally found my forms and sent them into be processed. A week later I find out that they processed only half of them. I call again, placed on hold for ages and then told to refill out the forms with no answers at to what they did with the other ones. Asked to speak with a supervisor (who sounded even more clueless than the first individual) and sent me back to their customer services again. No empathy, or explanations. Finally I find out that only half of my forms were submitted. You may think I’m a disgruntled reviewer and I am; but for the love that I have for money— DON’T PUT TRUST OR YOUR HARD EARNED FUNDS INTO CHARTWAY FEDERAL CREDIT UNIONS CARE!
